To win the Thunderball, players needed to match five main numbers from 1 to 39, and a Thunderball from 1 to 14. Winners get to take home the full £500,000 because the prize fund is not shared. The huge Euromillions is divided among any jackpot winners. If you have won tonight’s jackpot in the Thunderball, you have 180 days to claim. Any later than that, and you may lose out completely on the life-changing sum of money.
The way you claim depends on how you purchased your ticket and the size of the prize that you won.
If you buy your tickets online and the total is below £500, the winnings will be credited directly to your National Lottery account.
Any higher, and you will need to either call up or submit some details online.
