Over 41,000 players in Ireland won prizes in the EuroMillions and Plus games tonight.
The winning numbers in tonight’s EuroMillions Plus draw were 5, 9, 14, 39 and 42.
One lucky player matched five numbers to win the eye-watering €500,000.
And the winning ticket was sold in Dublin.

Meanwhile 40 players matched four of the numbers in the Plus draw to get €2,000 each.
Lotto players outside Ireland are also set to be scanning their tickets after three punters there bagged €197,503 in tonight’s main draw.
The winning numbers there were 6, 9, 25, 28 and 45.
And the lucky stars drawn were 1 and 4.

Lotto bosses have yet to announce the locations of those winning tickets.
Lotto chiefs confirmed that there was no winner of the EuroMillions jackpot, worth a whopping €85,169,986.
Ten people also won €5,000 each in the Ireland Only Raffle.
