The Pennsylvania Lottery urges players to check New Year’s Millionaire Raffle tickets before the January 4 deadline.

A Pennsylvania Lottery New Year’s Millionaire Raffle ticket worth $100,000 — sold nearly a year ago in Bucks County — is set to expire in early January if the winner does not come forward.
Lottery officials said the unclaimed ticket was purchased at Weis Markets, 73 Old Dublin Pike in Doylestown Township, for the Jan. 4, 2025, drawing. The winning number is 00399216, and the claimant must file paperwork with the Pennsylvania Lottery by Sunday, Jan. 4, 2026, to receive the prize.
A winning ticket may be claimed by mail or at any of the Lottery’s seven area offices during business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. While appointments are recommended, all area offices are open to the public. Lottery headquarters in Middletown remains closed to visitors.
The Lottery urges players to sign the back of their tickets, use in-store scanners or the official app to check for winners, and call 1-800-692-7481 with questions about the claims process. Under state law, unclaimed draw-game prizes expire one year after the drawing date and are returned to the Lottery Fund to support programs for older Pennsylvanians.
Pennsylvania remains the only state lottery that directs all proceeds to benefit older adults, providing funding for transportation, prescription assistance, care services, senior centers, meals and other support programs. Since 1972, the Lottery has contributed more than $37.2 billion to these services.
