A lottery player in Middlesex County won $30,000 in the Friday, Nov. 14, Mega Millions drawing.
The winning ticket, having a 3X multiplier, was sold at Freshmart in Highland Park, 130 Woodbridge Ave. The winning numbers were: 01, 08, 11, 12 and 57, with 07 as the Gold Megaball.
Players can pick six numbers from two separate pools of numbers ― five different numbers from 1 to 70 (the white balls) and one number from 1 to 25 (the gold Mega Ball) ― or select Easy Pick/Quick Pick. Players win the jackpot by matching all six winning numbers in a drawing. Drawings are held at 11 p.m. ET Tuesdays and Fridays at 11 p.m. and can be streamed online. Visit www.megamillions.com.
