Pi Coin Price Rally or Slip? This is Where Pi Network Is Heading Next – TradingView

Pi Network’s Pi coin price has caught the eyes of traders again. With a market cap near $1.88 billion and fresh activity, both short-term bulls and bears are closely watching this digital asset.
The recent price fluctuations swing between a positive daily change of 0.7% and a weekly slide of 0.7%. This tug of war reflects the mixed signals emerging from technical data, whale moves, and new developer upgrades fueling interest in the Pi token. Together, these factors create a dynamic landscape that traders cannot ignore.
Will Pi Coin Price Hit $0.25?
Right now, Pi coin sits just above the $0.22 resistance level after breaking out from what looks like a classic inverse head-and-shoulders pattern. This signals a potential bullish reversal. Short-term traders can expect the Pi token price to try reaching $0.25 soon, likely within the next week or two. This is if the buying momentum sustains and volume continues to rise.
The RSI at around 49, and a slightly negative MACD suggests momentum currently rests in neutral territory. Which means a clear directional move could appear anytime.

Traders need to keep a close eye on the $0.215 level because if Pi closes below this, it will invalidate the bullish setup and could open doors to the bears. The longer-term view is not as cheerful yet since Pi remains below its 200-day EMA of $0.437. This signals that despite short bursts of buying, the broader market pressure remains firmly bearish. If the bears take control, Pi could see a significant dip below current support zones, which might shake confidence.
FAQs
Short-term momentum looks positive with a breakout above $0.22, targeting $0.25 if buyers remain strong.
Price action is influenced by technical patterns, high whale buying, and ecosystem upgrades, boosting developer activity.
Long-term bearish risks exist while the price stays under the key 200-day EMA near $0.44. A close below $0.215 weakens the trend further.

The ticket was purchased at Smokes 4 Less, located at 59 North Plank Rd. in Newburgh.
The winning numbers for that evening were: 12, 26, 27, 43, 47 and Powerball 5.

The winning numbers for the Powerball game are drawn from a field of one to 69. The Powerball number is drawn from a separate field of one to 26. In order to win the jackpot, players must match all five white balls in any order and the red Powerball number.
Powerball tickets can be purchased at any New York Lottery retailer for $2, seven days a week. The deadline for purchasing a ticket is 10 p.m. on draw nights.
Drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 11 p.m., and the New York Lottery urges players to buy tickets early to avoid last-minute lines.

Alabama sheriff misspent $5 million from county’s bingo operations, audit report says – AL.com

Greene County Sheriff Jonathan Benison spent $5 million from bingo operations that he oversees in the county for unauthorized purposes and has been ordered to repay the money.
The findings came in a report released Friday by the Alabama Department of Examiners of Public Accounts that covered the sheriff’s operations from Oct. 1, 2018 through April 30, 2024.
The audit findings will be sent to the state attorney general and district attorney for collection, the report says.
Benison did not immediately return a phone call from al.com to his office.
The findings included:
In 2003, the Alabama Legislature and Greene County voters approved a constitutional amendment to allow nonprofit organizations to operate bingo games.
The sheriff oversees those operations.
The money is to be used to benefit the public good and welfare for the citizens of Greene County, to supplement salaries of sheriff department staff and for other law enforcement purposes, the audit report says.
The constitutional amendment “does not provide that other law enforcement expenses can be paid from the proceeds of the bingo assessments; therefore, the Sheriff did not comply with the requirements of the (law),” the report says.
The audit initially found $5.34 million in unauthorized spending. Benison submitted information that reduced that amount by $370,383.
But Benison failed to show just cause why the remaining $4.97 million should not repaid, Chief Examiner Rachel Riddle wrote in an order on Sept. 12.
In addition to the unauthorized spending, the examiners report said the sheriff failed to reconcile bank accounts and to document and deposit funds received according to state law.
The report says the same problems were identified in audits from 2014 and 2018.
Greene County’s bingo operations have been controversial over the years.
The state attorney general’s office has opposed the use of electronic bingo machines, leading to raids and seizure of the machines, including back in 2011 and in 2014.
The Alabama Supreme Court has ruled that electronic bingo is illegal.
In 2022, the Alabama Supreme Court ruled that owners of Greenetrack owed $76 million in unpaid taxes after an 11-year legal battle.
Mike Cason has covered politics and state government for AL.com since 2013. Cason has worked as a reporter or editor since receiving a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Alabama in 1986….

How Much $983 Million Mega Millions Jackpot Winner Will Actually Get – Newsradio 600 KOGO

Photo: Getty Images
The winner of the Friday’s (November 14) $989 million jackpot’s actual take home total has been revealed.
Georgia taxes lottery winnings as income at 5.14% on top of the 24% in federal taxes withheld by the IRS, meaning the player, who purchased the ticket at a Publix grocery store in Newman, will either get $240 if they take the lump sum or payments totaling $522 million, which will be about $17.4 million annually for 30 years, according to USAMega.com. Winning tickets in the state of Georgia are valid for 180 days and must be redeemed within the state.
Georgia winners can also opt to keep their identity secret if they win a prize exceeding $250,000. The Mega Millions jackpot will reset to $50 million for Tuesday’s (November 18) drawing. Results from Friday’s Mega Millions game are listed below:
NUMBERS: 1-8-11-12-57
GOLD BALL: 7
Friday’s drawing was the eighth-highest Mega Millions jackpot in the game’s history and the 14th-largest in U.S. lottery history. Mega Millions jackpot previously reset after a single ticket sold in Virginia matched all six numbers during the estimated $348 million Mega Millions drawing on June 27, according to MegaMillions.com.
A player in New Jersey won the $1.13 billion drawing on March 26, 2024, which was the fifth largest in the game’s history and the eighth largest in U.S. history. The jackpot reset four times in January 2023, which included one player in Maine winning the estimated $1.35 billion drawing on January 14, one player in New York winning the following $20 million drawing on January 17, one player in Massachusetts winning the $31 million drawing on January 24 and another player in Massachusetts winning the $31 million drawing on January 31.
The January 14, 2023 Mega Millions drawing was the second-highest in the game’s history and offered the fourth-largest jackpot in the U.S. lottery history. Mega Millions tickets rose from $2 to $5 prior to the April 8 drawing and officials said the increased revenue will improve a player’s odds of winning the jackpot from 1 in 303 million to 1 in 290 million, which will lead to more sales.
“People really want big jackpots,” said Joshua Johnston, the Washington state lottery director for the Mega Millions game, via the New York Post. “We expect to see a sales lift on this.”
Higher ticket prices would allow the jackpot to start at $50 million, rather than the $20 million it resets to after a jackpot hits during the last prior drawing, while the next jackpot would swell even larger if there isn’t a big winner. Additionally, the minimum prize of $10 on a winning ticket will double given the rise in cost for a ticket, according to lottery officials.
Lottery players will reportedly have a 1 in 23 chance to win any prize, an improvement from the 1 in 24 odds prior to the price change, officials confirmed to the New York Post. Mega Millions has only previously changed its price one time since its launch in 2002.

Jackpot soars to $546 million in Powerball while Mega Millions creeps up to $50 million – primetimer.com

Type keyword(s) to search

The Powerball jackpot has reached $546 million after no one hit the winning numbers in the latest draw.
At the same time, the Mega Millions prize has increased to $50 million, offering lottery fans across the United States two significant opportunities to win.
Powerball and Mega Millions are the two biggest multi-state lotteries in the country. Both have seen their jackpots grow week after week as players continue to test their luck.
With such massive prizes up for grabs, excitement is spreading among regular players and first-timers alike.
The Powerball draw on Saturday night did not produce a jackpot winner. The winning numbers were 6, 7, 12, 47 and 53, with the red Powerball number 21. The Power Play multiplier was 4x.
Although nobody claimed the top prize, several smaller wins were reported across the country. One ticket purchased in Puerto Rico matched all five white balls and included the Power Play option, winning $2 million. Another ticket sold in Arizona hit the second prize of $1 million.
In California, two tickets matched five numbers but missed the Powerball, each winning $609,497. California’s prize amounts vary based on ticket sales and the number of winners in each draw.
In New Jersey, three tickets matched four white balls and the Powerball, winning $50,000 each. In total, 32 tickets across the country won the same $50,000 third-tier prize.
Powerball tickets cost $2 each. Players can add the Power Play option for an extra $1, which increases non-jackpot winnings by up to 10 times, depending on the draw.
To play, participants select five numbers from 1 to 69 for the white balls and one number from 1 to 26 for the red Powerball.
Drawings are held three times a week — every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m. ET. The jackpot starts at $20 million and continues to grow when there’s no top prize winner.
The next Powerball drawing will take place on Monday, and with the jackpot now at $546 million, many are eager to see if anyone finally hits it big.
While Powerball’s jackpot is climbing quickly, Mega Millions is also on the rise. Its grand prize now stands at $50 million.
The last Mega Millions drawing also did not have a jackpot winner, but several players took home smaller cash prizes.
Mega Millions drawings are held on Tuesdays and Fridays at 11 p.m. Eastern Time. Tickets also cost $2 per play, and players can add the Megaplier for an extra dollar to boost non-jackpot winnings.
With both jackpots rising, this week brings double the excitement for lottery players.
Powerball’s $546 million prize and Mega Millions’ $50 million jackpot are reminding players why these games continue to capture attention across the country.
Even if winning the jackpot is rare, smaller prizes are claimed in almost every draw. For many, the fun lies in checking the numbers and imagining what they would do if luck were on their side.
