Eric Roberts of Beaufort tried his luck on a $30 scratch-off and won a $100,000 prize.
Roberts bought his lucky 200X The Cash ticket from North River Corner Market on U.S. 70 East in Beaufort.
He arrived at lottery headquarters Monday to collect his prize and, after required state and federal tax withholdings, took home $71,758.
The 200X The Cash game debuted in March of 2024 with five $5 million top prizes and 10 $100,000 prizes. Three $5 million prizes and seven $100,000 prizes remain to be claimed.
