An estimated £157 million is on offer in the EuroMillions jackpot tonight, a win which would be the biggest for any UK player this year.
Friday night’s Euromillions numbers have been announced as: 5, 29, 33, 39, and 42. The Lucky Stars are: 3, and 9.
Friday’s winning numbers for the Thunderball draw are: 6, 8, 11, 29, 32. The Thunderball is: 3.
It comes after the jackpot rolled over on Tuesday, with nobody matching the winning combination of 6, 11, 17, 35, and 44, and the lucky stars 3 and 7.
If someone in the UK matches all seven numbers in tonight’s draw, it will be the seventh biggest National Lottery winner of all time.
Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at Allwyn, operator of The National Lottery, said, “What an exciting time for EuroMillions players as Friday night’s jackpot will be an incredible estimated £157M.
“Playing any National Lottery game is more than just a chance to win; it’s a way to contribute to something much bigger. Each week, players help generate around £30M for National Lottery-funded projects,” Mr Carter said.
The most recent EuroMillions jackpot was won on 10 October, when a lucky UK player took home £25,701,358.
The largest EuroMillions win ever in the UK stands at £195M jackpot, and 19 UK players have won prizes of more than £100m in its history.
In August, a ticket holder from France became the third player in 2025 to win a EuroMillions jackpot of €250m, an estimated £210m, which equalled the records set in Ireland and Austria earlier this year.

What To Expect From Pi Coin Price in December 2025 – BeInCrypto

Pi Coin price has held up better than most majors through November, but the charts now show a mix of strength and early warning signs. November has been Pi’s calmest month since summer, and the token is still trying to turn green for only the third time this year.
The question now is whether this momentum can survive December, even do better than November, or if the larger downtrend reclaims control.
Pi Coin is still young, so its price history leaves a short but clear story. Most of 2025 has been red. Only February and May printed green months. November is trying to join that list.

What stands out is PI’s negative monthly correlation with Bitcoin, currently around –0.24. When Bitcoin drops, Pi often holds firmer or even rises. Since Bitcoin has been weakening since October, Pi has found support.
Over the last month, Pi is down only about 2.6%, while Bitcoin has dropped much more sharply. Almost 19%.
Weekly performance also reflects this. Pi is still up about 2.7% over the last seven days, making it one of the steadier coins during a weak market. However, some signals on the three-day chart now suggest that December could be more challenging than November.
Pi Coin’s broader structure remains inside a converging falling wedge, which is usually a bullish pattern. The PI price is now close to the upper trendline of that wedge. A breakout from here would normally look positive. But two indicators show early weakness.
The first is the RSI divergence on the three-day chart. The RSI, or Relative Strength Index, measures momentum. Between October 25 and November 24, Pi Coin made a lower high, but RSI made a higher high. This is a hidden bearish divergence. It usually means the downtrend underneath is still strong, even if the price looks stable.
The second is the CMF, or Chaikin Money Flow, which tracks whether large amounts of money enter or exit the market. CMF is still in negative territory on the three-day chart and is now sliding toward its ascending trendline.
The last time CMF revisited this trendline in early October, Pi dropped more than 42%.
Both signals together mean that PI’s November strength may not fully translate into December unless money returns and CMF avoids a breakdown.
The chart shows a simple picture. PI price needs to break $0.28 to build momentum. That level lines up with the wedge’s upper boundary.
A clean close above $0.28 can open moves to $0.36, and if momentum improves further, even $0.46 becomes possible. But the indicators suggest this is less likely unless CMF improves.
On the downside, $0.21 and $0.20 are the first levels to watch. A drop under $0.20 exposes the $0.18 zone. If Bitcoin suddenly flips bullish, PI’s negative correlation can cause short-term underperformance. That may pull the Pi Coin price toward the lower wedge band.
The most important line for December is $0.20. Maintaining that level preserves the long-term structure. Losing it brings $0.18, and possibly $0.15, back into view.
Pi Coin still has a chance to close the year stronger than expected. However, that depends entirely on CMF stabilizing and whether the falling wedge finally allows the price to break through $0.28.
There is hope still if Bitcoin weakens and the negative correlation makes Pi Coin more desirable to big money.

Powerball now at $1.4 billion. Here’s how to increase your odds of winning (really) – tcpalm.com

On Sept. 3, someone might win the $1.43 billion Powerball jackpot. It might even be you!
But it almost certainly won’t be.
The odds against winning the top prize on these lotteries are, as you’ve been told again and again and again, astronomical. Experts say, often, that you’re more likely to be bitten by a shark or struck by lightning than win the lottery.
However, since Florida is the shark bite capital of the world and the lightning capital of the U.S., we like those odds.
And since many people have difficulty really understanding big numbers, many of us default to thinking of lottery odds as 50/50: we won or we didn’t. And after all, someone has to win sometime. It might be you after all!
So how can you improve those ridiculous odds so you can afford your private island? What are the magic tricks and secret strategies to score life-changing amounts of cash? Here you go, and don’t tell anyone else.
That’s it, really.
Sort of? But not really.
“The only way to really increase the odds of winning any lottery is to buy more tickets. The more tickets you buy, the more chances you have to win,” said Nicholas Kapoor, Professor of Mathematics at Fairfield University in Connecticut.
Technically, buying more tickets does increase your odds. But the odds are so incredibly against you that picking up 10 tickets instead of five on a Wednesday night makes very little difference.
To put that in the proper perspective — since shark bites and lightning are too commonplace in these parts — there were about 290.8 million vehicles registered to drivers in the United States as of September 2022, according to job site Zippia.
Playing the lottery is like trying to guess which one specific car, truck, SUV, or van, whether driving or parked or abandoned somewhere across all 50 states (including Alaska and Hawaii), has a sack of money hidden in the glove compartment.
With numbers like that, guessing 10, 100, or even 100,000 individual vehicles to try to find the right one doesn’t make getting the cash much more likely.
That’s about the same odds as winning the Mega Millions jackpot. The odds of winning the Powerball jackpot are slightly worse than that.
There are plenty of tips to increase your chances, but they don’t help.
“I’ve seen it all and those tips are usually technically true but useless, or are just not true,” said Larry Lesser, a math professor at the University of Texas at El Paso who maintains a website on lottery literacy and has even written a parody version of Kenny Rogers hit song “The Gambler” to illustrate his point. “Contrary to scams’ claims, there are NO strategies to increase a ticket’s chance of winning a share of the jackpot,” he said.
What you can do, however, is increase the odds that if you do win, you get to keep more of the money.
Here, you can make a difference.
If you win the Powerball, Mega Millions or Florida Lotto, you have to split your new wealth with anyone else who picked the same numbers. So, pick numbers other people aren’t as likely to choose to increase the chances that if you do win, you’ll be the only one showing up for the big check.
Nope. While it can sometimes seem that certain places such as Publix and 7-Eleven seem to pay off more than others, it’s because they sell more tickets, according to Harvard statistics professor Mark Glickman.
“There is no pattern,” Glickman said. “It’s entirely random.”
You can find patterns in winning numbers, of course, since humans can find patterns in anything, but they won’t help you predict future winning numbers in the slightest.
Sure. Just go in with your eyes open, don’t spend more than you can easily afford to lose, and don’t make financial or retirement plans based on your surefire numbers. The fun of playing and speculating what you’d do with your newfound wealth is worth a few or 20 bucks to a lot of people, so why not?
It’s cheap to buy a dream. Even a temporary one.

This development aligns with current market behavior. A report from BeInCrypto indicates that institutions are gradually shifting away from public-chain Ethereum toward privacy-focused blockchains.
Stellar’s implementation of advanced ZK technology strengthens its competitive advantage in the race for institutional capital.
Retail investors have also been shifting attention toward Zero-Knowledge (ZK) coins such as Zcash (ZEC) and StarkNet (STRK). These altcoins have performed well despite a broader market correction.
XLM Trades at the Most Critical Support Level of the Year

The holiday season is officially upon us, but is this going to be the merriest of seasons for everyone on some lucky gift givers list? The Powerball jackpot is nearing top 10 record levels for the popular multistate lottery.
The Nov. 29, 2025, prize stood at $715 million. That means some lucky winner could have won a $334.3 million cash prize if they chose a one-time payout. 
To win Powerball, players have to buy a ticket matching all five numbers and the Powerball — the odds of winning were 1 in 292,201,338 — and have the option to select a one-time cash payout.

The winning numbers in the Nov. 29 drawing were 19, 22, 30, 32, 59 and the Powerball was 1. The  Power Play was 2X.
