'Fantastic news' – Lotto bosses urge players to check tickets after major win – The Irish Sun

A LUCKY Dublin punter has scooped an eye-watering €37,722 after matching five numbers in Tuesday night’s EuroMillions draw.
Irish Lotto bosses confirmed that the player bought the winning ticket online.

EuroMillions online players are being urged to check their accounts carefully.
The winning numbers in last night’s EuroMillions draw were: 4, 22, 32, 36, 47 and the Lucky Stars were 2 and 10.
While there was no winner of the EuroMillions jackpot worth €108,416,075, over 42,000 players in Ireland won prizes in the EuroMillions and Plus games.

Meanwhile, a Waterford man recently claimed his EuroMillions match five and one lucky star prize worth €405,711 in the Halloween draw. 
The winning ticket was purchased from Mulhearns Foodstore in Kilmacthomas, Co Waterford.
Speaking about his incredible win, he said: “I heard the news breaking the following day. 
“But after leaving the ticket in my car over the weekend, I didn’t check it until Sunday evening. 
“I had to scan the ticket three times to believe what I was seeing – ‘You’ve Won Big!’ I couldn’t stop smiling for hours. I was so delighted!” 
Now, he’s planning a Christmas celebration to remember.
Another Euromillions player in Dublin bagged €199,745 last week.
The punter matched five numbers and one lucky star to bag the cash.

The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased on the day of the draw from XL, Main Street in Rush.
The winning numbers in that EuroMillions (November 7) draw were: 11, 21, 39, 40, 43 and the Lucky Stars were 2 and 8.
