A $5,000,000 Mega Millions ticket was sold at a CVS Pharmacy store near Happy Valley Road and Lake Pleasant Parkway, according to the Arizona Lottery.
The winning numbers were 10, 13, 40, 42, 46 and Mega Ball 1. The Peoria winner won a 5x multiplier. Two other players in Iowa and New York each won $3,000,000.
