Prediction market platform EveryX has launched an event tracking whether XRP will reach $4.00 by the end of October 2025, drawing close attention from traders and analysts monitoring the token’s short-term trajectory.
As of the time of writing, data on the platform showed a sentiment leaning bearish, with 58% of participants predicting that XRP will not reach $4, while 42% expect the token to achieve the target.
The event has recorded steady participation since opening earlier this month. Popularity charts on EveryX indicate that the “No” side has consistently held an edge over “Yes” throughout the voting period.
The 32-day event lets users place trades on the outcome with leverage of up to 10x and potential returns capped at 35%. As of September 29, a total of 30 participants had joined the market.
The prediction event was based on a question posted as a comment during a livestream with crypto influencer Coach Miranda Miner, Arlone Abello in real life, Founder of IMPACT and CEO of the Global Miranda Miner Group, and EveryX CEO Hayate Matts, which took place on September 22, 2025.
Recently this September, XRP gained momentum as regulatory clarity, ETF approvals, and upgrades to the XRP Ledger positioned it as a stronger candidate for institutional adoption. Analysts see this convergence of legal, financial, and technical catalysts as a potential turning point, which would shift XRP from a speculative token toward a mainstream asset in global finance.
In August, Ripple’s $125 million settlement with the SEC ended a five-year lawsuit, confirming XRP is not a security in secondary markets and opening the door for institutional adoption.
The XRP ecosystem expanded with the debut of the Rex-Osprey XRP ETF in the U.S. and the launch of the XRP Tundra dual-token presale. The launch introduces institutional access through regulated investment products and new cross-chain participation for retail users.
Ripple partnered with DBS and Franklin Templeton to enable tokenized money market fund trading on the XRP Ledger. The integration of Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin further enhances transaction efficiency and stability, reinforcing the XRP Ledger’s role as a platform for institutional adoption and expanding its use beyond cross-border payments.
XRP faces selling pressure as whales offloaded over $480 million, creating resistance at $3.00–$3.20 and putting focus on the $2.80 support level. 
Broader market weakness, Fed policy uncertainty, and profit-taking add to volatility, leaving XRP caught between institutional growth drivers like ETFs and partnerships and short-term bearish pressure.
As of writing, XRP is at $2.89 (₱167.97). It has risen 2.5% in the past month. 
XRP is the native digital asset of the XRP Ledger (XRPL), a decentralized, open-source blockchain developed by Ripple Labs in 2012. It was built to enable fast and low-cost cross-border transactions and financial settlements. Unlike Bitcoin, which relies on mining, XRP’s total supply of 100 billion tokens was created at launch, with a significant share allocated to Ripple Labs and its founders.
The EveryX event will close in one month.
During the interview, Matts explained that EveryX enables users to place trades on such yes-or-no market outcomes with up to 10x leverage, a feature he said differentiates the platform from competitors such as Polymarket.

Matts said the platform has implemented multiple security measures to ensure user protection. He noted that all user funds are covered, withdrawals are processed without issue, and no incidents of unauthorized fund losses have been reported.

Matts added that blockchain audits for the system have been completed, and the platform currently operates on BNB Smart Chain (BSC) and Polygon, which he said are “working perfectly.”

Entrepreneur and investor Anthony Pompliano stirred a debate Sunday by comparing the performance of the S&P 500 stock index to that of Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC).
In an X post, Pompliano stated that despite the S&P 500 surging over 100% since January 2020, the index has actually fallen 88% when evaluated against Bitcoin, citing data from the Opening Bell Daily newsletter.
“Bitcoin is the hurdle rate. If you can't beat it, you have to buy it,” Pompliano said, suggesting that the apex cryptocurrency has crossed the benchmark required to be considered a viable investment.

An analysis of the period in question showed that Bitcoin outperformed other high-profile investments, soaring 1,621%, while the S&P 500 gained 108% and gold rose 158%.

“Stocks are not productive enough if they are being outperformed by stores of value like Bitcoin and gold,” Pompliano said in response.
