Frasers Group leads in agentic commerce with commercetools deal – IT Brief UK

Frasers Group has formed an exclusive partnership with commercetools to deploy the agentic commerce suite to its retail brands across Europe.
As part of the agreement, Frasers Group will be the first European retailer to integrate the full agentic commerce offering from commercetools, known for its AI-first approach to enterprise commerce platforms. This will enable customers of Sports Direct, FLANNELS, and FRASERS to discover and purchase products directly through conversational AI channels such as ChatGPT, as well as via other large language model (LLM) interfaces like Gemini and Perplexity.
Agentic commerce integration
The partnership grants Frasers Group early access to commercetools’ AI Hub and Agent Gateway, both designed to help retailers facilitate purchases and product discovery in conversational and autonomous shopping environments. Integration between Frasers Group and AI platforms will be managed through the Agentic Commerce Protocol (ACP).
David Clark, Chief Customer Officer at Frasers Group, highlighted the changing expectations of digital shoppers.
Agentic commerce allows shoppers to delegate aspects of the shopping journey to digital agents or complete transactions through LLM-powered interfaces. This move forms a core part of Frasers Group's broader strategy to enhance customer engagement and streamline experiences as AI shopping channels become more prevalent.
Market positioning
Andrew Burton, Chief Executive Officer of commercetools, commented on the shift towards agentic commerce and Frasers Group’s role in adopting these technologies.
Conversational commerce, which blends real-time dialogue interfaces with shopping functions, is projected to see substantial growth through the next decade. Both companies view the partnership as a proactive step to meet customers where they interact most and deliver a more dynamic, personalised retail journey.
The new capabilities build on MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) architecture previously adopted by Frasers Group, which allows for technology composability and agility amid ongoing advances in digital commerce. This infrastructure lets Frasers Group adjust quickly as customer behaviour evolves from standard eCommerce to conversational AI and agent-driven shopping.
Future plans across the portfolio
Burton further described the intent behind the collaboration and its scope across the Frasers Group’s diverse range of retail brands.
The deployment of the agentic commerce suite will be rolled out across major Frasers Group fascias, including Sports Direct, known for value retail, and FLANNELS, which focuses on luxury fashion, highlighting a strategy aiming to address multiple consumer segments with tailored AI-driven experiences.
AI Hub, part of the commercetools solution, serves as a centralised space for activating and scaling AI functions across commerce operations, including connectivity with major AI platforms via the Agentic Commerce Protocol. It governs vital information such as product inventory, pricing, and customer profiles, while aiming to uphold security, compliance, and observability standards.
The partnership marks a significant acceleration in Frasers Group’s AI strategy as it implements agent-driven shopping at scale, reflecting the twin objectives of responding to consumer trends and maintaining operational flexibility in a swiftly changing retail landscape.

"Why Pi Coin Could Drop 30% Soon" – InvestX

While Bitcoin and Ethereum are experiencing double-digit drops, Pi Coin is showing a monthly growth of nearly 11%. However, beneath this strength lies a concerning technical setup: a head and shoulders pattern that could potentially lead to a 34% price decline if the bullish momentum fades. Holding above the $0.29 level is crucial for token holders as it marks a point of no return.
Written by Simon Dumoulin
Translated on November 27, 2025 at 14:20 by Simon Dumoulin
Pi Coin surprised the market in November with an 11% rally, a performance that stands in stark contrast to the losses suffered by Bitcoin (-20%) and Ethereum (-26%). Over the past 24 hours, the token has gained another 2.24%, confirming a short-term bullish trend that is catching traders’ attention.
However, this outperformance should not obscure the warning signals revealed by chart analysis. The momentum remains fragile, and the current price structure suggests that Pi Coin is walking a tightrope. Any slowdown in the advance could rapidly transform this rally into a trap for late buyers.
The contrast with major cryptocurrencies is striking, but it reflects more token-specific volatility than genuine structural decoupling. Volume remains worth monitoring, as it often constitutes the first indicator of an imminent reversal in this type of technical configuration.
Technical analysis clearly identifies a head and shoulders formation, one of the most reliable bearish reversal patterns in trading. The neckline sits around $0.21, a level acting as the last line of defense before a major correction.
Should Pi Coin close below this threshold, the classic pattern measurement projects a 34% decline. This projection is obtained by measuring the distance between the head’s peak and the neckline, then projecting this amplitude downward. The theoretical target would then be around $0.19, or even lower if market sentiment deteriorates.
To invalidate this bearish scenario, Pi Coin must imperatively break through the $0.29 level. A daily close above this threshold would cancel the head and shoulders formation and open the door to a new bullish expansion phase. Until this confirmation, every price movement must be interpreted with caution.
The Relative Strength Index (RSI) adds a layer of concern with a hidden bearish divergence observed between November 20 and 26. While the price formed a lower low, the RSI showed a higher high, signaling an exhaustion of bullish momentum. This type of divergence typically tends to extend the dominant trend; however, over 30 days, the underlying trend remains weak despite recent gains.
Currently trading around $0.26, Pi Coin finds itself in a zone of technical indecision. The first immediate support sits near $0.23, a level that absolutely must hold to avoid bearish acceleration.
If this support gives way, attention will turn to the $0.20 to $0.22 zone, which corresponds precisely to the neckline of the head and shoulders pattern. A break of this zone with a daily close below would mechanically trigger the full 34% bearish projection.
Conversely, breaking through $0.29 with convincing volume would constitute a strong technical buy signal. This breakout would invalidate the bearish scenario and confirm that buyers have regained control of the price action. In this case, Pi Coin could target higher levels and consolidate its outperformance against major cryptocurrencies.
The message from the charts is unambiguous: Pi Coin cannot afford to slow down now. Its bullish trajectory survives only as long as the advance continues. The next move will determine whether we’re witnessing a genuine bullish breakout or a classic bull trap.

  • Powerball Jackpot for Saturday’s draw third largest for 2025
  • Winner has option of annualized payments or one time lump sum payment
  • State taxes may also come into play

The Powerball Jackpot has once again hit astronomical heights, passing the $700 million barrier, after no tickets matched all six numbers in last night’s draw.
That means the jackpot for the next draw, this Saturday, now sits at USD $719 million. Last fall the Powerball Jackpot grew to $1.787 billion, positioning it as the second largest prized jackpot won in U.S. lottery history (the largest being the $2.04 billion won in 2022). Two separate winners won that jackpot in September, including a Texas trust, which claimed the annuitized grand prize. Them other winner was in Missouri.
Still, you have to read between the lines a little with Powerball draws. The cash value for Saturday’s draw is $333.3 million. If there is a winner Saturday, that person will have a choice to taking the $719 million, in annual payments over 30 years, or a one-time $333.3 million lump sum payout.
A mandatory federal withholding of 24% is applied if the winner opts for the $333.3 million, reducing the winnings to $253.3 million. There would also be a federal tax rate as high at 37% depending on the winner’s taxable income, taking the amount down to $210 million.
If the winner opts for those annual payments, the $24 million drops to $15.1 million if that federal 37% marginal rate is applied.
Claiming location matters places like California, Florida, New Hampshire, Texas, and Tennessee don’t have state taxes on Powerball winnings. New York however does, slapping on 8.82% state tax, plus New York City takes another 3.876% if you live there.
There were four $1 million winners last night, in California, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and South Carolina, but no $2 million winners.
Powerball costs $2 per play. Players choose five numbers between 1 and 69 for the white balls, then select one number between 1 and 26 for the red Powerball. You win by matching all five white balls in any order and the red Powerball.
Powerball draws are broadcast Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays at 9:59 p.m.

Patriot News MN – Patriot News MN

Becker’s Beyond the Yellow Ribbon (BTYR) committee held its Turkey Bingo event last Saturday at Pebble Creek, and the results were a gobbling success.
Ten games of bingo were called, with winners claiming a $50 prize and a nice sized turkey.  For the blackout games (fifth and 10th on the schedule), the lucky winners also claimed a turkey fryer that they could use just in time for the Thanksgiving holiday.
As with past BTYR events, the crowd was a robust “standing room only” size, as many community members came out to support the committee.
Becker’s BTYR is a comprehensive program that creates awareness for the purpose of connecting service members and their families with community support, training, services, and resources.
Some of their services include being a support group for veterans at the community level, helping service member families when a spouse is deployed, assistance in finding employment for Veterans and creating community events for military families and families to come together.
According to local BTYR organizer Kent Graning, the group is already making plans for their annual Meat Bingo event in February and the committee wishes to send their sincere gratitude to the citizens and businesses in the Becker community for the ongoing support.
