RG3: Villanova Women’s Basketball Head Manager And SpO Athlete – The Villanovan

For the past seven years, the managers of the Villanova women’s basketball team have been led by head manager Rachel Grace, who is better known by her nickname, RG3.
RG3, who has Down Syndrome, is a Special Olympics athlete in addition to her head manager duties, and has had a lifelong love of athletics. She grew up playing basketball, starting at the age of five, and later found soccer.
“I’ve seen her play basketball and soccer,” Maggie Harris, friend of RG3 and Special Olympics soccer committee member, said. “She’s amazing at both of them. She’s famous for her threes in basketball…  she’s amazing at everything she does.”
RG3, from what she can recall, has participated in Special Olympics since she was a young teenager and hasn’t missed a single year of Villanova’s Fall Festival since she started.
These days, RG3 plays soccer for the Montgomery County Knights, a local recreational soccer club. While she often moves around the field, she typically plays at striker, scoring goals and assisting teammates.
“I’m a striker, so I usually have a good shot of getting some goals,” RG3 said.
RG3 has an infectious energy and love for the people around her. She appreciates the little things in life. Harris has been honored to experience RG3’s bigger-than-life personality throughout her time at Villanova.
“Once, after she won a game, she came up to me and hugged me, and it was just awesome. I feel like she really shows her appreciation for people through hugs,” Harris said. “I saw her in [Dougherty Dining Hall] and she literally gave me six hugs… when she feels for you, she’ll let you know, which is awesome and very heartwarming.”
RG3 loves every part of Fall Fest weekend: the games, the energy and the connections she gets to make with other athletes and volunteers. She especially enjoys making new friends each year and sharing her love of athletics with others.
“What I love about Special Olympics is that you get to meet new people and create friendships,” RG3 said. “It’s like the whole point of being there. To share the love of the sport, but also make friends doing it.”
RG3 is known as the hype person at Villanova. She cheers everyone on, whether it’s her players, fellow managers, or teammates.
“If someone makes a shot, she always hypes them up. She’ll high-five them and cheer them on, even during practice. She’s just a source of energy,” Harris said. “Whenever you see her, it’s gonna put a smile on your face. She’s always very energetic. If I were having a bad day, I would see RG3, and it would be a good day. Her energy is very contagious.”
Beyond her love of the game, RG3 also emphasizes the importance of the message of inclusion that Fall Fest celebrates each year. RG3 enjoys Fall Fest because it serves as a platform for her and others to emphasize the value of inclusion and accessibility in sports. For RG3, Special Olympics is a space where she can play the sports she loves and always feel included.
“For Special Olympics, for me, I’d have to say that we don’t have to be excluded now from playing sports,” RG3 said. “You don’t have to feel excluded because you get a shot of playing in Special Olympics.”
That is what the Special Olympics committee strives for and values. RG3’s message can be seen across the entirety of Fall Fest sports.
“So many athletes come to Fall Fest and the vibes are just embracing everyone’s abilities instead of looking at their disabilities first,” Harris said. “They worked so hard to get here… It’s just acknowledging the hard work that they put in, not just looking at their disability, but embracing them for their character.”
Throughout her entire life, RG3 has felt the unyielding support of her parents, who have encouraged her to be a role model for other people with Down Syndrome.
“What my parents always told me is that I’m a good role model for people with Down Syndrome,” RG3 said. “Being a role model is like putting your foot forward…and just supporting everyone.”
As Fall Fest weekend is fast approaching, RG3 has a message for her fellow athletes:
“Believe in yourself, show who you are, always follow your dreams, and keep living it.”

Delhi HC refuses to quash FIR against DU professor for derogatory tweet on ‘Shiva Ling’| SCC Times – SCC Online

Bringing you the Best Analytical Legal News
The petitioner made a tweet via his Twitter handle and made a post on his Facebook account regarding the presence of the ‘Shiva Linga’ like structure found in the Gyanvapi Mosque in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh which reads as “Yadi yeh Shiv Ling hai to Lagta hai shayad Shiv ji ka bhi khatna kar diya gaya tha”
Delhi High Court: A petition was filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (“BNSS”) earlier Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) by the petitioner seeking to quash the FIR registered for the offences punishable under Sections 153-A and 295-A of Penal Code, 1860 (IPC). Chandra Dhari Singh, J., refused to quash the FIR as prima facie, the actions and tweet/post made by the petitioner created disturbance of the harmony of the society with intent to hurt the sentiments of a large number of the society.
The petitioner is an Assistant Professor of History at Hindu College, University of Delhi, with over two decades of teaching experience. On 14-05-2022, the petitioner made a tweet via his Twitter handle and made a post on his Facebook account regarding the presence of the ‘Shiva Linga’ like structure found in the Gyanvapi Mosque in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The said tweet/post reads as “Yadi yeh Shiv Ling hai to Lagta hai shayad Shiv ji ka bhi khatna kar diya gaya tha”. Based on the aforesaid tweet/post, the complainant was filed which led to the registration of FIR dated 18-05-2022 against the petitioner under Sections 153-A and 295-A of IPC. The petitioner was arrested and was granted regular bail by the Court. In the meanwhile, the petitioner applied for visa for the United Kingdom, however, received an email from the British High Commission, New Delhi that verification is required from the police which was ultimately rejected. Moreover, it is stated that on 07-07-2023, the petitioner’s promotion as professor was also kept pending by the principal stating the reason that the petitioner is an accused in the impugned FIR. Being aggrieved by the aforesaid, the petitioner filed the instant petition.
The Court noted that the act of the petitioner, by making posts on Twitter and Facebook, with a photo of the ‘Shiva Linga’ with derogatory remarks not only shows that there is a visual representation in terms of Sections 153-A and 295-A IPC, but also shows the deliberate and malicious intent on the part of the petitioner. The Court also noted that the act and remarks made by the petitioner are contrary to the beliefs and customs followed and practiced by the worshippers and believers of ‘Lord Shiva/Shiva Linga’. Thus, the same shows that whatever content was posted by the petitioner not only hurts the religious sentiments of the complainant but also promotes hatred, enmity and communal tensions among two different communities. Moreover, the act of the petitioner by making repeated comments, even after registration of the FIR further shows the deliberate and criminal act of the petitioner which definitely attracts the applicability of Sections 153-A and 295-A of the IPC.
The Court observed that on perusal of provision of Section 153-A of IPC shows that the same criminalizes the act committed by a person that promotes enmity between different groups on grounds such as religion, race, language, case, or community. The said provisions are intended to maintain public tranquility and communal harmony. On perusal of Section 295-A IPC, to constitute an offence thereunder, the act must be committed with deliberate intent and malicious purpose. Therefore, Section 153-A IPC mandates the presence of mens rea, requiring that the accused has acted with the malicious intent or knowledge that their actions could incite hatred or disrupt public tranquility and create disharmony.
The Court opined that while both the provisions aim to prevent the misuse of freedom of speech and expression guaranteed under Article 19(1)(a) of the Constitution, it is subject to reasonable restrictions under Article 19(2).
The Court concluded that upon perusal of the contents made in the FIR, petition as well as the status report and the settled position of law, there was prima facie case that the petitioner created disturbance of the harmony of the society and the said tweet/post were made with the intention to hurt the sentiments of a large number of the society and remarked “no person being a Professor, Teacher, or an intellectual has the right to make such type of comments, tweets or posts as the freedom of speech and expression or any type of freedom is not absolute.”
Thus, the Court did not find any merit in the present petition to exercise the inherent powers of the Court.

Koleson Kiehn being sung to by the town of White Bird for his 6th birthday at the community potluck on Sunday, Nov. 2.
WHITE BIRD — The 1st annual trunk or treat was an absolute blast, with at least 20 kids who attended! We are so grateful to all who attended, participated, and made this possible. A huge thank you to The White Bird Area Rec. District for donating the building, candy, drinks, setting up and being amazing (Charlotte Sickels). Also, a huge thank you to the White Bird Volunteer Fire Department for donating their time, fire engine, candy, hot dogs and popcorn. What a great turnout for our community potluck this past Sunday. We had more than 60 people attend or pick up food. The town celebrated Koleson Kiehn’s 6th birthday, too. He wanted his grandmother, Shaunya, to bake him a chocolate cake with buttercream frosting. The cake was a hit with all the kids who attended. The next community gathering is set for Sunday, Dec. 7, at 3 p.m. at the IOOF Hall. We will start games (thinking Bingo) at 3 p.m. with an Italian-themed dinner, “Endless Pastabilities” to follow. There is a sign-up sheet if you choose to bring a dish or just show up and have a great time with community members. We had a few participants who are new to the community, which is always nice to see. Again, anyone is welcome!
The White Bird Days Volunteer Group held its November meeting. A great deal was discussed, with Mayor Homer Brown attending, who was able to add information to the meeting, such as “dos and don’ts,” ideas and input on laws. There were roughly 15 in attendance, with various ideas being solidified. Our next meeting will be at the IOOF Hall on Dec. 7, at 2 p.m. This is a community group that gathers ideas to add to White Bird Days. All are welcome.

Next 100x Crypto Presale Insights: What Sets BlockchainFX ($BFX) Apart From Stellar (XLM) and TRON (TRX) – Trade Brains

by | Nov 5, 2025 | Presale, Press Release
Ever wondered why traders still juggle multiple apps to manage crypto, stocks, and forex? Fragmented platforms, high fees, and slow settlements keep users locked out of efficient global trading. The market needs a solution that merges traditional finance with blockchain transparency — that’s where the next 100x crypto presale stands apart.
BlockchainFX ($BFX) is reshaping this narrative with a multi-asset trading ecosystem that connects over 500 assets under one roof. Its revenue-sharing model, high-yield staking, and rapid growth have made it a standout in Q4 2025. With rewards, transparency, and daily utility, BFX isn’t just another token — it’s redefining how finance meets blockchain.
BlockchainFX ($BFX) has already raised $10.7M from over 16,600+ participants, reflecting strong community trust. Its current price is $0.029, moving to $0.030 next, with a launch price of $0.05. This steady climb signals growing demand for a platform that rewards users with daily staking returns and up to 70% of trading fees redistributed back to holders.
As the next 100x crypto presale, $BFX positions itself as the world’s first multi-market trading super app, allowing users to trade crypto, forex, stocks, ETFs, and bonds seamlessly. With its BLOCK30 bonus code, participants can claim 30% extra tokens — turning early engagement into tangible ROI before the listing stage.
BlockchainFX aims to serve as the bridge between blockchain and global finance, enabling global traders to manage diverse portfolios on one secure and intuitive platform. Its model unifies over 500 markets into a single interface, reducing friction and giving users direct exposure to both digital and traditional assets without switching apps.
The project’s edge lies in its profit-sharing and accessibility model. Up to 70% of all platform fees are redistributed to staking participants, while features like liquidity incentives, subscriptions, and copy-trading commissions fuel consistent revenue streams. It’s a structure built for long-term sustainability and user empowerment.

BlockchainFX ($BFX) thrives on an ecosystem that aligns platform growth with user rewards. Its 1.25% copy-trading commissions and liquidity incentives drive continuous activity, while influencer partnerships and referral programs expand visibility. With $500K in community giveaways, users can earn free tokens through active participation and online engagement.
The project’s growth targets are equally ambitious — from $30M in 2025 revenue to $1.8B by 2030, powered by an expected 25M user base. That scale is realistic when you compare global volumes: forex at $7.5T daily, stocks at $700B, and crypto at $89B — leaving massive potential for BFX to capture untapped market share.
The BlockchainFX ($BFX) team brings 25 years of fintech, trading, and crypto expertise, emphasizing transparent leadership and sustainable expansion. Their strategy focuses on scaling decentralized finance solutions that integrate seamlessly into traditional frameworks. The community feedback speaks volumes — 20,000+ beta users, 4.79/5 average rating, and 86% planning to use the platform regularly.
The project’s $500,000 Community Giveaway further rewards engagement. Prizes range from $120,000 to $15,000 in $BFX tokens, reinforcing BFX’s community-first approach. Combined with its staking rewards and transparent tokenomics, BlockchainFX demonstrates that innovation and integrity can thrive together in modern finance.
Stellar (XLM) trades at $0.2696, showing a 7.49% decline in market cap to $8.64B, while its 24-hour volume jumped 105.29% to $357.71M. The token’s FDV sits at $13.48B, supported by a total supply of 50B XLM and 32.06B in circulation, reflecting growing trading activity despite short-term volatility.
The 4.14% volume-to-market cap ratio indicates higher short-term speculative interest, possibly driven by traders reacting to recent dips. Although Stellar’s fundamentals remain strong, with a profile score of 83%, its price movement suggests cautious sentiment in early November 2025. XLM’s recent drop highlights market rotation toward higher-growth projects like BFX.
TRON (TRX) currently trades at $0.2784, marking a 5.3% drop in market cap to $26.36B, with a 24-hour volume of $1.79B, up 123.58%. Its FDV stands at $26.36B, backed by a total and circulating supply of 94.66B TRX, giving it a 6.74% volume-to-market cap ratio that signals strong liquidity.
Despite its consistent trading activity, the recent decline underscores broader market corrections across top altcoins. TRX’s high liquidity and profile score of 83% show continued investor trust, but its price pattern mirrors macro pullbacks. While it holds resilience, the innovation curve now shifts toward next-gen assets like BlockchainFX ($BFX).

BlockchainFX ($BFX) stands out as the next 100x crypto presale by solving real inefficiencies in global trading. "A lottery without playing": Employee keeps $172,000 after payroll error—court confirms he won't have to pay it back – carrollcountyobserver.com

– Jackson Avery
This story might make anyone glance twice at their next bank statement. An employee at Consorcio Industrial de Alimentos, a major Chilean food company, found himself the surprise recipient of a windfall that would make most lottery winners envious: instead of his regular payment, he was credited with over 165 million Chilean pesos—around €172,000 (or approximately $187,000), instead of the modest 500,000 pesos (just €522, or about $570) that he was supposed to receive.
Let’s put that into perspective: he received about 330 times his usual salary. All this, without ever having to pick a single winning number!
The story begins on May 30, 2022. Upon noticing the error in his bank account, the man—an assistant dispatcher—did what many would consider the right thing and promptly informed the assistant manager of the distribution center. He reported that his wages for the month were, to say the least, a little bit higher than anticipated.
The manager relayed the information and assured everyone that the employee had promised to visit the bank and return the overpaid amount. But then, in a plot twist worthy of a telenovela, the employee seemed to have a change of heart: he vanished for three days. Instead of returning with a slip from the bank, he reappeared only to hand in his resignation—delivered through a lawyer, no less.
The wheels of justice sometimes turn slowly, but on September 8, 2025, the long-anticipated hearing finally took place. The outcome? Perhaps not what the company had hoped for. The judge acquitted the former employee, much to the disappointment of his ex-employer, and economic daily Diario Financiero reported on the decision.
“Cial will take all possible legal actions, including filing for annulment, to ensure this outcome is reviewed,”
the company told a Chilean newspaper. Clearly, they’re not planning to let this extraordinary payday go without a fight.
While this all played out in Chile, the article notes that in France, employers have three years to act in cases of accidental overpayment. If the employee is still on the payroll, such issues can often be sorted out more informally, which might just save everyone a good deal of drama (and legal fees).
All in all, this tale is a reminder to double-check those pay stubs—and to wonder, just for a moment, what you’d do in the same situation.
