If you weren’t the lucky Georgia resident who won Friday’s nearly $1 billion Mega Millions jackpot, Powerball is still here to give you a chance to win about half of that. Still not a paltry sum.
The Powerball jackpot is once again climbing with the Monday, Nov. 17, 2025, prize at $570 million. That means some lucky winner could win a $266.9 million cash prize if they choose a one-time payout.
To win Powerball, players have to buy a ticket matching all five numbers and the Powerball — the odds of winning were 1 in 292,201,338 — and have the option to select a one-time cash payout worth $826.4 million instead of annual payments.
