Powerball Winner: Did Anyone Win Wednesday's $516 Million Jackpot? – 700WLW

Photo: Getty Images
Saturday’s (November 15) Powerball jackpot will be worth an estimated $546 million after zero players matched all six numbers during the $516 million drawing Wednesday (November 5) night.
Results from Wednesday’s Powerball game are listed below:
NUMBERS: 29-39-43-51-65
POWERBALL: 23
POWER PLAY: 2x
Two players won the $1.79 billion Powerball drawing on September 6. Tickets purchased in Missouri and Texas matched all five white numbers and the red Powerball, resetting the next drawing to $20 million ($10.2 million cash value) for September 8.
Saturday’s drawing was the second largest jackpot in U.S. lottery history, behind only the $2.04 billion Powerball drawing on November 7, 2022. The odds of winning the Powerball jackpot are reported to be 1 in 292.2 million, according to Powerball.com.
The jackpot winner was the first since one player won the $205 million Powerball drawing on May 31. The Powerball had previously reset after one player won the $167 million Powerball drawing on April 26.
One player in California matched all six numbers to win the $2.04 billion ($997.6 million) jackpot on November 7, 2022, the largest jackpot offered in U.S. lottery history, according to the official Powerball website. Powerball has had jackpots exceeding $1 billion six times.
Mega Millions games have also exceeded $1 billion seven times, which includes its largest offering, a $1.603 billion jackpot that was one by a player in Florida on August 8. Both jackpots increase during each following game until there’s a jackpot winning ticket matching all six numbers drawn, which includes the additional Mega Millions Gold Ball or Powerball in each respective game.

XRP Price: Gains as First Spot ETF Launches on Nasdaq After SEC Approval – CoinCentral

Nasdaq has officially certified the Canary Capital XRP ETF for trading. The fund began trading today under the ticker XRPC.
🚨NEW: As of 5:30 PM ET, @CanaryFunds$XRP ETF is officially effective after @Nasdaq certified the listing, clearing $XRPC for launch tomorrow at market open. pic.twitter.com/h3hxVMDhWP
— Eleanor Terrett (@EleanorTerrett) November 12, 2025

This makes Canary Capital the first issuer to launch a fully spot-based XRP ETF. The fund is registered under the Securities Act of 1933.
The ETF will track the XRP-USD CCIXber Reference Rate Index. Investors can now access XRP exposure through traditional brokerage platforms.
Fox Business journalist Eleanor Terrett confirmed the approval. She reported that the fund cleared all regulatory requirements.
Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas also verified that trading started today. The announcement came after Canary Funds filed its final Form 8-A with the SEC earlier this week.
Steven McClurg serves as CEO of Canary Funds. He expressed excitement about the launch in a statement.
“We are very excited to go effective with the first single-token spot XRP ETF,” McClurg said. He thanked SEC Chairman Atkins and Commissioner Pierce for their support.
The approval follows a period of regulatory uncertainty for crypto products. SEC Chair Paul Atkins recently emphasized the need for clearer frameworks on crypto regulation.
Several other asset managers have amended their applications for XRP funds. Franklin Templeton, Bitwise, CoinShares, and 21Shares have all filed for similar products.
Data from the DTCC suggests these listings may launch soon. ETF expert Nate Geraci noted that XRPC would be the fourth single-crypto ETF in the market.
The existing single-crypto ETFs cover Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana. The XRP fund expands options for crypto investors using traditional investment accounts.
The fund’s structure allows it to hold XRP directly rather than using derivatives. This distinguishes it from futures-based products.
XRP is currently trading at $2.39. The price declined 4.1% in the past 24 hours.
$XRP has been moving sideways for almost a year now.
The longer the base, the bigger the breakout! pic.twitter.com/PdiajLqSdN
— Jake Claver, QFOP (@jakeclaverpfoq) November 12, 2025

The daily chart shows consolidation above support at $2.20. The RSI indicator remains in neutral territory.
Technical analysts suggest the market may be slowing before another upside attempt. If buying pressure builds, XRP could challenge the $2.85 to $3.00 range.
On-chain data shows exchange inflows have decreased. Trade volume remains stable at current levels.
Lower inflows often precede positive price movement. Holders appear to be accumulating rather than selling.
The ETF news has sparked renewed community optimism. Social media posts from crypto analysts highlighted the approval’s importance.
Some analysts compared the launch to early Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETF debuts. Those products saw substantial inflows in their first weeks of trading.
The approval comes after the U.S. government shutdown ended. President Donald Trump signed a bill to reopen the government.
Analysts believe returning liquidity could boost crypto markets. The timing of the ETF launch aligns with improved market conditions.
The Canary Capital XRP ETF holds XRP directly and lists on Nasdaq under ticker XRPC, with trading active as of today.

How do we alert the NCEL of android NCEL app issues? Even as new updates are released I still have issues with scanning tickets and the app saying “Not a Winner” when the ticket is a winner. I will scan it 3 or 4 times and half the time itll say not a winner and half that it is a winner. Thats a pretty big issue and its rampant on the android app. Itll also say “Invalid Serial Number” to then go back to “Not a Winner” and then to “Winner”. This needs to be addressed.NC Lottery
Thank you for reaching out, William, and we’re sorry you’re experiencing this issue. We aren’t aware of a widespread issue affecting ticket entry in this way, but our Online Support team can look into this and see if there is something happening within your specific account, or if this is a larger issue. If you reach out via phone, email, or chat at https://nclottery.com/Help, our team can look into this further for you and see what’s going on.

Millionaire says you should do four things immediately after winning the lottery – Gloucestershire Live

A self-made millionaire has shared essential advice for any future lottery winners on how to handle their newfound wealth. Mark Tilbury, who left school at 16 and now runs a multi-million-dollar business, is known for his wealth-building videos on YouTube and has has grossed "over 50 million".
He now seeks to help others become "financially free," offering tips on everything from bank accounts to taxes and investments. Mark recently weighed in on the crucial steps you should take if you ever find yourself in the enviable position of winning the lottery.
In a recent video titled 'You won the lottery, now what?' Mark outlined four specific steps to help you safeguard your win — and one that could help you avoid "ever running out" of cash.
Mark advises: "What to do in your first 24 hours after winning $50,000,000 (around £36,504,344). Step one: sign the lottery ticket, just in case it gets lost or stolen, so you can prove it's yours."
He adds: "Step two: stay calm and collect your prize secretly to avoid unwanted attention. Step three: get a lawyer from a big firm that specialises in trust and estate planning."
"Step four: make it last forever by figuring out how much you want to spend per year, then multiplying that by 25 and investing it in the S&P 500. That way, you should be able to withdraw four percent per year without it ever running out."
In 2023, Anita Pires, who works as a call centre operator for the National Lottery, explained that the process of verifying a winning lottery ticket is "incredibly rigorous" to ensure "no stone is left unturned".
The verification process includes several checks, such as confirming the location where the winning ticket was purchased and the exact time of purchase. If these details match up, the claim is then "further investigated" before any prize money is released.
She emphasised: "The most important thing for ease of validation is to be in possession of your ticket and the required validation information. For instance, if you paid by card in a retailer, this transaction would show under your bank statement."
Anita also advised that if you buy a paper ticket, it's wise to sign the back after purchase to help confirm ownership should you be lucky enough to win.
However, even if you lose your ticket, there's still a chance to claim your winnings — provided you have a legitimate claim and notify Camelot in writing within 30 days of the draw date.
Following such a claim, Camelot will conduct an investigation and may award the prize at its discretion if no other valid claims are made within 180 days.
You can learn more about claiming a prize on the National Lottery website here.
