Powerball Winner: Did Anyone Win Wednesday's $516 Million Jackpot? – News Radio 570 WWNC

Photo: Getty Images
Saturday’s (November 15) Powerball jackpot will be worth an estimated $546 million after zero players matched all six numbers during the $516 million drawing Wednesday (November 5) night.
Results from Wednesday’s Powerball game are listed below:
NUMBERS: 29-39-43-51-65
POWERBALL: 23
POWER PLAY: 2x
Two players won the $1.79 billion Powerball drawing on September 6. Tickets purchased in Missouri and Texas matched all five white numbers and the red Powerball, resetting the next drawing to $20 million ($10.2 million cash value) for September 8.
Saturday’s drawing was the second largest jackpot in U.S. lottery history, behind only the $2.04 billion Powerball drawing on November 7, 2022. The odds of winning the Powerball jackpot are reported to be 1 in 292.2 million, according to Powerball.com.
The jackpot winner was the first since one player won the $205 million Powerball drawing on May 31. The Powerball had previously reset after one player won the $167 million Powerball drawing on April 26.
One player in California matched all six numbers to win the $2.04 billion ($997.6 million) jackpot on November 7, 2022, the largest jackpot offered in U.S. lottery history, according to the official Powerball website. Powerball has had jackpots exceeding $1 billion six times.
Mega Millions games have also exceeded $1 billion seven times, which includes its largest offering, a $1.603 billion jackpot that was one by a player in Florida on August 8. Both jackpots increase during each following game until there’s a jackpot winning ticket matching all six numbers drawn, which includes the additional Mega Millions Gold Ball or Powerball in each respective game.

A big prize is going to one lucky Iowan.
A Mega Millions ticket bought at a Kwik Star at 1200 Chatham Ave. in Norwalk is now worth $3 million, according to the Iowa Lottery. The ticket matched the first five winning numbers from Tuesday’s drawing (10-13-40-42-46) but missed the Mega Ball.
The prize money can be claimed at the Iowa Lottery main office in Clive.
The winner will join a growing list of Iowans to claim prizes of $1 million or more in lottery games.
Without a jackpot winner, the Mega Millions pot continues to climb and will now stand at an estimated $965 million for Friday’s drawing.

Mega Millions Jackpot Reaches $965 Million as Two in Maryland win $20,000 – Southern Maryland News Net

The Mega Millions jackpot continues to inch toward $1 billion as no one matched all five numbers drawn on Nov. 11, but two people in Maryland, one each in Elkridge and District Heights, matched five of the six numbers for $20,000 third-tier wins. Meanwhile, a Hagerstown Bonus Match 5 player won a $50,000 top prize the same evening.
The winning numbers for the Nov. 11 Mega Millions drawing were: 10, 13, 40, 42 and 46 with a Mega Ball of 1.
The two Mega Millions winners were sold at Montgomery Exxon at 6310 Washington Boulevard in Elkridge (Howard County) and at Penn Liquors at 5634 Silver Hall Road in District Heights (Prince George’s County).
No one matched all five numbers plus the Mega Ball, so the estimated annuity jackpot increased to $965 million for Friday night’s drawing, with an estimated cash option of $445.3 million. There has not been a jackpot winner on the multi-state game since June 27.
The winning Bonus Match 5 ticket was sold at AC&T, 1701 Dual Highway, Hagerstown (Washington County). The winning numbers for Nov. 11 drawing were: 1, 9, 32, 33 and 36; the Bonus Ball was 11. For selling the winning Bonus Match 5 ticket, the Washington County retailer receives a $500 bonus.
Winners are encouraged to sign the backs of tickets and keep winning tickets in a safe location. Tickets for draw games expire 182 days after the drawing. The last date to claim scratch-offs is listed on the game’s tile on the scratch-off page.
Instructions for claiming prizes are available on the How to Claim page of the Lottery website. Prizes of more than $25,000 must be claimed through Lottery headquarters, either in person or by mail. Lottery headquarters is in the Montgomery Park Business Center, 1800 Washington Blvd., Suite 330, in Baltimore. An appointment is required to claim in person (no walk-ins). The appointment scheduling page shows all available appointment times.

Mega Millions Jackpot Booms to $785 Million for Tonight's Drawing: How to Win and More – NBC New York

We all remember how serious things got with that $2 billion Powerball. This Mega Millions jackpot is getting there.
The first Mega drawing of 2023 is Tuesday night, and it’s already the sixth-largest jackpot in lottery history, ballooning to an estimated $785 million after no one nailed all the numbers Friday.
That marked 22 straight drawings without anyone matching all six numbers. And the pool will likely continue to rise. (Check past winning numbers here).
Watch NBC 4 free wherever you are
One lucky person in Ohio did win $1 million in Friday’s drawing, and New York state saw nine players win the third-tier prize of $10,000. Many of us would be more than happy with that, of course.
The $785 million jackpot is for a winner who chooses to be paid through an annuity over 29 years. Nearly all winners opt for a cash payout, which for Tuesday night’s drawing would be an estimated $395 million.
The huge jackpot comes less than two months after the largest lottery prize ever, a $2.04 billion Powerball prize that was won on Nov. 8 in California. So far, that big winner hasn’t stepped forward to claim the prize.
So what are your chances? Well, they’re not great if you do play — and they’re zero if you don’t. But there is a chance.
Someone has to win eventually, even with the miserable jackpot odds of one in 302.6 million. Pro tip: Avoid quick-pick.
Each ticket costs $2 to play. Players also have the option to add a “Megaplier” option to their tickets. That addition costs $1, and can potentially multiply any non-jackpot prize a player wins.
To play, players are asked to pick five numbers between 1 and 70, and to choose one Mega Ball.
Players can either pick their own numbers or can have the machine select numbers for them. Tickets must be purchased one hour or more before the drawing.
There are nine different ways to win prizes in the game.
If you match all five numbers and the Mega Ball, you win the jackpot. The odds of doing so are around 1-in-302 million.
Here are the other eight prize levels. All of these prizes are subject to the “Megaplier,” which can increase the given prize.
The drawings take place each Tuesday and Friday at 11 p.m. ET. The deadline for ticket sales is 10:45 p.m. ET.

Auradine Unveils New Teraflux Bitcoin Miners to Expand US Hardware Push – TheMinerMag

Last Sync: Thu Nov 13 2025 @ 7:16:1
Auradine has introduced its newest-generation Teraflux Bitcoin miners, marking its most efficient ASIC lineup to date as the industry faces tightening operating margins and growing supply-chain uncertainty.
Auradine announced Wednesday that the new Teraflux models are rated as low as 9.8 J/TH in eco mode across hydro and immersion configurations, putting the U.S.-based chip designer in closer competition with incumbent manufacturers such as Bitmain, MicroBT and Canaan. Those firms have been accelerating their own U.S. manufacturing and assembly initiatives in recent months as global tariff concerns, logistics risks, and geopolitical scrutiny reshape the hardware landscape.
Auradine said the miners are built and engineered in the U.S and will be offered in air-, hydro- and immersion-cooled variants, with efficiency figures ranging from 11 J/TH in normal air-cooled mode to 9.8 J/TH in hydro and immersion eco modes.
Auradine plans to deliver initial samples of the new Teraflux units in the second quarter of 2026, with volume shipments scheduled for the third quarter.
Auradine’s launch comes as mining companies contend with heightened pressure on profitability. Bitcoin’s hashprice has drifted near yearly lows, cooling capital expenditures and prompting buyers to seek incremental efficiency gains or more robust operational support.
Hardware manufacturers, meanwhile, are entering a new product-release cycle: MicroBT is preparing to debut its M7Xs series in early December at a Dubai event, while Bitmain and Canaan have recently refreshed their own next-generation lineups.
