Amboss, Voltage Partner To Make Bitcoin Payments Profitable – Bitcoin Magazine

Amboss and Voltage have partnered to launch an enterprise payment stack that enables instant, low-cost Bitcoin and stablecoin transactions while turning payment processing into a potential revenue source.
Amboss Technologies and Voltage have joined forces to launch a new enterprise payment stack that could redefine how businesses handle Bitcoin and stablecoin transactions, according to a release shared with Bitcoin Magazine.
The collaboration combines Voltage’s Lightning Payments API with Amboss Rails, allowing instant, low-cost payments and automated yield generation on self-custodied Bitcoin.
The goal of the collaboration is to turn what has traditionally been a cost center — payment processing — into a potential revenue stream.
In high-volume industries such as iGaming, prediction markets, and exchanges, fees can consume up to 5% of total transaction volume. Meanwhile, large Bitcoin or stablecoin holdings often sit idle.
The new Amboss–Voltage integration addresses both these problems. Voltage’s API enables near-instant, global BTC and stablecoin transfers via the Lightning Network, while Amboss Rails manages liquidity dynamically, allowing businesses to earn yield by routing payment flow across the network.
In other more simple words, this partnership will help businesses process Bitcoin and stablecoin payments instantly and cheaply — while turning idle balances and payment costs into a source of yield.
“Payments have long been a drag on margins, but with this combination, we’re flipping the script,” said Jesse Shrader, CEO of Amboss. “Rails provides the yield engine to attract and optimize capital, while Voltage’s Payments API simplifies Lightning adoption. Together, it’s a flywheel that makes enterprise payments and treasury management more efficient and profitable.”
Voltage CEO Graham Krizek said the stack unlocks new capital strategies for businesses.
“By generating self-custodial yield through Lightning, companies can turn idle Bitcoin into a productive asset that offsets custody costs while supporting real payment flow,” he said.
A key innovation lies in Voltage’s Taproot Assets support, which enables seamless, in-flight exchanges between Bitcoin and stablecoins within a single payment. This lets companies integrate stablecoin payments without compromising on compliance or security, backed by Voltage’s SOC 2 Type II certification.
Early enterprise pilots in iGaming and financial platforms are already testing the system, reporting up to 30% reductions in effective payment processing costs through yield offsets.
The integration also marks a step toward machine-economy-ready infrastructure, where liquidity and payments interact autonomously across the Lightning Network.
Amboss’ ML-powered routing (MP-Flow) and Voltage’s instant settlement API combine to create a scalable foundation for global Bitcoin-native commerce.
The Amboss–Voltage partnership underscores a growing trend in Bitcoin infrastructure — one where businesses don’t just move value, but also earn from the flow of it.

Francisco News: Bingo upcoming, share with your neighbors – thestokesnews.com

Come on out to the Francisco Community Building Saturday November 15 for some Cash Bingo fun. Food will be ready at 6 p.m. and the games start at 7 p.m.. The cost is $20 for 20 games and if you bring 5 cans of food to help our neighbors at the Northern Stokes Food Pantry, you will receive 2 extra door prize tickets. Everyone is invited to come out. This Bingo is sponsored by the Francisco Ruritans.
And speaking of the Northern Stokes Food Pantry, they were featured on a special segment of WXII Channel 12 News. Shelia Kamenski and Kathryn Converse spoke of the issues they are having due to the government shutdown. Although donations from other entities have been slim the Pantry welcomed the almost 1,000 pounds of food donated by the wonderful Sandy Ridge Ruritans. And Bagel Boss in King has also been a contributor of wonderful bagels to the food pantry.

It’s sad that communities across the country must have food pantries for the residents to have what they need, but we see communities come together to help each other and my gosh, isn’t that what we are supposed to do? If you see a need, please help. We are going into the Thanksgiving season here shortly. Please donate to organizations such as the Northern Stokes Food Pantry. Help our neighbors.

Gilmore Girls Bingo launches in downtown Geneva: A cozy, Shop Local challenge with major prizes – dailyherald.com

Downtown Geneva just became Stars Hollow-approved. A new community shopping challenge, Gilmore Girls Bingo, has launched, inviting residents and visitors to shop, dine, sip coffee, and support local merchants — all while competing to win big.
The game, created by Kristen Cornelio, owner of the Tri-Cities-based social media and marketing agency Kristen Holly, LLC, is designed to highlight and reintroduce the incredible variety of restaurants, boutiques, cafes, salons, bookstores, and small businesses throughout downtown Geneva.
“Gilmore Girls represents cozy community, connection, coffee, and supporting the places that feel like home. That is exactly what downtown Geneva is,” Cornelio said. “This bingo game makes discovering our local businesses in an engaging way — and rewards you for doing it.”
How it works
Participants can pick up a Gilmore Girls Bingo card at any participating business and start checking off squares themed around creating their own Gilmore Girls experience in Geneva — such as ordering coffee at a local cafe, browsing a bookstore, getting a jump start on holiday shopping, or treating themselves to a fall fashion item.
• Shop, dine, get pampered, or post about a local business
• Collect signatures as you complete squares
• Each completed Bingo = 1 raffle entry
• More Bingos = more chances to win
Completed bingo cards must be turned in by Sunday, Nov. 24, to any of the following businesses: Bee Coco Candle, 308 W. State St.; Cravings, 113 W. State St.; Grow Geneva, 220 S. Third St.; Nash Beauty Salon, 27 N. Second St., Suite 102; Pärla, 122 Hamilton St.; and House of 423, 219 W. State St.
Each turn-in location has its own gift basket giveaway, adding even more opportunities to win.
One participant will win the ultimate Gilmore Girls giveaway, a signed “Gilmore Girls” script, a custom “I Smell Snow” necklace designed by State Street Jewelers; and a grand prize gift basket items valued at $1,000.
Bonus Charity Raffle Entry
In true Stars Hollow spirit, giving back earns you extra luck. Participants who donate $5 or more to Rising Lights Project — a local nonprofit focused on inclusive opportunities for individuals with disabilities — receive an additional raffle entry. Simply scan the QR code on the bingo card to donate.
“Small businesses are the heartbeat of Geneva,” Cornelio added. “Every purchase, every coffee, every restaurant, boutique, and specialty merchants visit helps keep our downtown vibrant and thriving. This bingo game is a reminder that where we spend our dollars matters.”
About Kristen Holly, LLC
Kristen Holly, LLC is a Geneva-based social media and marketing agency specializing in community-driven campaigns for small businesses. Owner Kristen Cornelio partners with dozens of local merchants, restaurants, and organizations to strengthen visibility, drive foot traffic, and build meaningful connections with the community.

Pick up a bingo card, get out into downtown Geneva, and embrace your inner Lorelai or Rory.
Because around here … supporting small business is always in season.

Big Night for Louisiana Lottery Players – Big Wins Confirmed – 97.3 The Dawg

(KMDL-FM) The check-writing machines at the Louisiana Lottery offices were primed and ready for a big Wednesday night. Wednesdays are a big lottery night in Louisiana. Not only does our state participate in the multi-state Powerball lottery drawing. We have two big drawings of our own, Lotto and Easy 5, that take place on Wednesdays as well. And we've got good news, there were several big wins in Louisiana in last night's lottery drawing.
The two lottery games that garner the most attention in Louisiana and around the nation, for that matter, are Powerball and Mega Millions. Right now, Mega Millions is getting most of the media attention since the jackpot in that game is approaching $1 billion, yes, with a "b", dollars. Friday's drawing in Mega Millions will be for an estimated top prize of $965 million.
Powerball is a little over half that amount, with a top prize in last night's game estimated to be $515.7 million when the balls dropped from the hopper. If you did not get the opportunity to see that drawing, we have that for you.
READ MORE: Louisiana's Mega Millions Wins Confirmed on Tuesday Night
READ MORE: What Could You Buy if You Won the Record Mega Millions Jackpot?
Here is the Powerball drawing for Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
The first question we always get about Powerball is "Did anyone win it?" and in this case, the answer is no. There were winners, several big winners in fact, but no ticket sold across the Powerball footprint matched the numbers needed to earn the $515.7 million top prize.
In reviewing the winner data provided by our sources at Powerball, we can see that there were two Match 5 Million winners. Those tickets that matched all of the white balls but not the red Powerball were sold in New Jersey and Virginia.
As far as Louisiana Powerball winners go, there were just under 5,000 tickets sold in the state that can be declared winners. By winners, we mean they returned money to their purchasers. However, the largest single prize won by a Louisiana Powerball ticket was just $200. There were only seven of those sold for Wednesday's game.
If you'd like to check your numbers from Wednesday night, here are your Powerball numbers for November 12, 2025.
29   39   43   51   65   Powerball 23    Power Play "x2"
According to the Louisiana Lottery, 3,190 players doubled their money in Wednesday's game, while another 1,789 players quadrupled their investment by opting for the game's Power Play feature.
The other big lottery game that the Louisiana Lottery focused on for Wednesday night was Lotto. That game continues to surprise me. I cannot recall in recent history when that jackpot climbed above $3 million. Well, it has, and it's been there for a while.
On Wednesday in Louisiana, the Louisiana Lottery drew for a jackpot of $3.625 million in the Lotto game. There was no ticket that matched the six numbers needed to win the game's jackpot prize.  Eight tickets matched five out of six, and those tickets earned a prize of $1,000 each.
In Easy 5, the third big lottery game of Wednesday night, the jackpot prize was listed at $190,000, but no tickets matched the five numbers needed to win that prize. There were 21 tickets sold for last night's Easy 5 that matched four of five and earned a prize of $100.
Thursday is kind of a down day for the lottery; there are drawings in the daily games, but the real fireworks will come out on Friday night when Mega Millions attempts to find a jackpot winner of almost $1 billion.
Please remember that lottery games do involve a significant risk of losing money. If you have a gambling problem, help is available by calling 1-877-770-STOP (7867). The call and the referral to counseling are free for you and your family. Good Luck.

Trump Embracing Immigrants Was Not on Our Bingo Card – LEVEL Man

With sharp words and reckless reversals, Trump signals that America's only hope may lie in embracing a multicultural future.
It’s been a long time coming.
And Trump’s pronouncements on H-1B visas has his core supporters, choking on their morning cereal.
But to the rest of us, it isn’t at all surprising.
America has lost quite handily to China and this is due to a multiplicity of reasons: its currency is massively overinflated; its internal cohesion is weaker than it has ever been and its crumbling infrastructure isn’t in any position to compete with its biggest rival.
And in the course of twelve months, we have seen the American president flipflop on nearly every policy announcement from tariffs on Chinese goods to immigrant visas.
To leading MAGAs like Nick Fuentes and Steve Bannon, these policy reversals are tantamount to treachery of the very worst kind, rendering the notion of America first, absolutely redundant.
The view that more immigrants not fewer are needed wasn’t the sort of thing that Trump’s white base wanted to hear, but it has become abundantly clear to him that it is the only way America remains relevant.
What was truly extraordinary about all this was the manner in which the commander-in-chief put his point across, which was to say that his compatriots cannot compete intellectually at the highest level.
Image via Laura Ingham and Fox on X.
Throughout his political career, Trump has never been encumbered by the nuances of the English language to couch his words in a manner which doesn’t give offence and millions of white Americans who voted for him last year are learning the hard way.
MAGA’s epistemological framework is underpinned by the Great Replacement Theory, which puts whites and whiteness before everything else, falls flat on its face when it is forced to confront the reality that it must embrace having more people of color come to its shores.
America’s immigration policy in the aftermath of the signing of the 14th amendment into law, helped shore up its position ahead of the Soviets and it is responsible for the likes of Satya Nadella, Jensen Huang, Sundar Pinchai, Elon Musk and Max Levchin running some of the biggest technology companies and venture capital firms in the world.
Some, however, will argue that recipients of the H1-B visas aren’t superior to the numbers of Americans with degrees in STEM subjects and this is true to a point.
At a time when America is losing the innovation race to the People’s Republic of China, opening the floodgates of H1-B immigrants to its shores, is the clearest way to neutralizing the CCP.
And the president is prepared to call his power base ‘stupid and talentless’ if it means kickstarting his country’s recovery.
While it is apparent to all that he has stirred up a hornet’s nest, no one really knows how this might shape things in the coming days, weeks and months.

The Pac-12 Conference and USA Sports today jointly announced a five-year partnership that will begin in 2026-27 and feature the new Pac-12 as the premier college sports offering on USA Network, including regular season action for football, men’s basketball and women’s basketball as well as the league’s men’s basketball tournament.

As part of the long-term partnership, which runs through the 2030-31 season, USA Network will feature consistent regular season action for the new Pac-12, including:

New Pac-12 & USA Sports Highlights on USA Network
22 regular season football games each season

5-10 regular season women’s basketball games each season

USA Sports will also be home to the Pac-12’s men’s basketball tournament leading up to the championship game, which will air on CBS. Octagon, the Pac-12’s exclusive media rights advisor, served as advisor for the league’s long-term partnerships with CBS Sports, The CW and USA Sports.

“The new Pac-12 is where tradition meets transformation — a unique opportunity in the rapidly-evolving college sports landscape that strongly aligns with the go-forward vision of USA Sports,” said Pac-12 Commissioner Teresa Gould. “We are thrilled to launch this partnership with the USA Sports team and leverage our shared vision to build something unique and special.”

“USA Sports is proud to partner with the new Pac-12 and showcase the league to a national audience on USA Network,” said Matt Hong, President of USA Sports. “Our partnership further establishes USA Network as a destination for all sports fans, with weekends packed with Pac-12 football doubleheaders and men’s and women’s basketball double- and triple-headers beginning next fall.”

With the announcement, Pac-12 football will see its regular season home games broadcast across CBS, The CW, CBS Sports Network and USA Network as well as the Pac-12 Football Championship Game on CBS. In addition, the new Pac-12 will see the overwhelming majority of its regular season home men’s basketball games broadcast across CBS, The CW, CBS Sports Network and USA Network, with the tournament games airing on USA Network up to the championship game on CBS.

Pac-12 Enterprises, the broadcast production arm of the conference, will produce all football, men’s basketball and women’s basketball games on USA Network as part of the partnership, totaling 80+ events annually.

Now with three long-term media partners in CBS Sports, The CW and USA Sports, the new Pac-12, featuring Boise State, Colorado State, Fresno State, Gonzaga, Oregon State, San Diego State, Texas State, Utah State and Washington State, will see several notable highlights as part of its partnerships, including:

New Pac-12’s Broadcast Highlights
Football’s maximum reach & national exposure – The new Pac-12 will see the entirety of its football slate, its home game broadcasts, available either to 100% of U.S. television households via national over-the-air broadcast networks (CBS & The CW) or via cable, satellite or over-the-top streaming on national cable networks (CBS Sports Network & USA Network).
Men’s Basketball – Similarly for men’s basketball the league will see the overwhelming majority (over 70 percent) of its regular season home games broadcast across the same networks (CBS, The CW, CBS Sports Network and USA Network). In addition, the league’s men’s basketball tournament will be featured on USA Network leading up to the championship game on CBS.
Women’s Basketball – The new Pac-12 will see women’s basketball featured across The CW (15 regular season games) and USA Network (5-10 regular season games) as well as its semifinals and championship game of the league’s tournament on The CW.
Pac-12 Enterprises production – The league’s best-in-class broadcast production company, Pac-12 Enterprises, will produce 150+ broadcasts for the new Pac-12’s media partners across football, men’s basketball and women’s basketball as part of its long-term partnerships.

Oregon State and Washington State are currently operating as members of the Pac-12 Conference as part of a NCAA two-year grace period and will continue to do so for the 2025-26 academic season prior to new members officially joining beginning with the 2026-27 season. All current and incoming members continue to collaboratively chart additional business matters and future conference considerations.
