​The South Carolina Education Lottery has released results from the drawing of Saturday, November 8, 2025. Millions of people in the state have checked their tickets to find out whether they had won a grand prize in games like Powerball, Mega Millions, Pick 3, Pick 4, and Palmetto Cash 5.
While nobody in South Carolina won the largest jackpot amount this time, some other players did win smaller prizes in various games.
The winning numbers for Powerball on November 8 were 8, 24, 36, 39, 52, and the Powerball number was 12. The Power Play multiplier was 3x.
No ticket sold in South Carolina matched all six numbers to win the jackpot. But several did match enough to take home smaller cash prizes of between $4 and $50,000, depending on how many numbers matched and if the player added Power Play.
The Powerball jackpot has gotten even bigger. Monday’s drawing will be held on November 10, and the jackpot is now estimated at $467 million.
Each Powerball ticket is sold for $2, and players can also add the Power Play feature for $1 extra to increase smaller prize amounts.
Drawings are held each Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m., ET.
Along with Powerball, other South Carolina lottery games also announced their results on Saturday.
The Pick 3 numbers for today are 4-2-0 for the midday and 9-7-3 for the evening. For Pick 4, the winning numbers were 1-4-8-5 (midday) and 6-0-9-4 (evening).
The numbers drawn in Palmetto Cash 5 were 3, 8, 18, 21, and 27, with the Power-Up of 2x. No player won the top prize of $100,000; several people did match fewer numbers for smaller prizes.
You can view the latest results on the official South Carolina Education Lottery website, its app, or from any of the authorized retail stores.
It allows you to scan your ticket via a mobile app to see whether you’ve won.
All winning tickets need to be claimed within 180 days of the draw date.
Smaller prizes of up to $500 can be claimed from any local retailer, but larger amounts must be collected from a lottery claim center.
The South Carolina Education Lottery funds education programs, scholarships, and community projects throughout the state.
Each time a ticket is purchased, schools and students benefit from those sales-a true investment in the learning process for thousands of people.
Next draws The next Powerball draw will be on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 10:59 p.m. ET. 
The next Mega Millions drawing is set for Tuesday, November 11, 2025. Since there wasn’t any major jackpot winner this week, the prize money keeps growing. Now, many players in South Carolina have their fingers crossed that the next draw could finally bring them some big luck.

Except, in the outdoor adventure space.<br>Which, to be frank, is ironic since, if anyone remembers its peak era, Scion&#8217;s average customer ended up quite being the opposite of youthful. You were more likely to find lots of gray hair and AARP cards behind the wheels of Scions than you were early 2010s Buicks.<br>Nonetheless, Scion&#8217;s new gig is a fun, powerful, &#8220;high-output&#8221; turbocharged hybrid four-seat recreational vehicle. <br>But the fact that it&#8217;s an ATV isn&#8217;t really the main attraction. Yes, that&#8217;s the same Segway that makes the auto-balancing two-wheeled mobility scooter used by Paul Blart in Mall Cop.<br>Except, the Scion 01 doesn&#8217;t have a puny little two-stroke. Rather, it sports Toyota&#8217;s latest &#8220;High-Output&#8221; turbocharged four-cylinder. Total system output claimed to be around 300 horsepower.<br>But it isn&#8217;t entire a Prius-like gas-electric system as it&#8217;s also plug-in capable. As a result, the Toyota says the Scion 01 is capable of running on all-electric power.<br>Toyota didn&#8217;t say for how far or long. But engineers said one of the biggest benefits of the EV mode allows the Scion 01 to crawl the wilderness in silence.<br>In addition to its clever hybrid powertrain, the Scion 01 features Baja runner-inspired suspension, meaning lots of articulation and high-speed shock absorption, and a balanced track width. <br>It also features a first-ever FIA racing and SCORE safety certified rollover protection cage, proprietarily developed by Toyota.<br>Toyota&#8217;s curiosity about the ATV space might seem outside of its envelope. But it&#8217;s no stranger to smaller forms of transportation.<br>And although it&#8217;s a concept, we wouldn&#8217;t be surprised if Toyota took it seriously and made it. When Megan Sikora-Stypolkowski of Raleigh saw an article about a $150,000 Powerball winner from Raleigh, she logged on to her account and found out that she was the winner.
“I originally googled ‘NC Lottery’ because I was going to log in to my account to check the numbers from the drawing,” Sikora-Stypolkowski recalled.
That search brought up a Google article from the Raleigh News & Observer about an unclaimed $150,000 Powerball winning ticket from Raleigh.
“I was with my coworker at the time and I said, ‘Wouldn’t that be funny if it was me,’” Sikora-Stypolkowski laughed.
She got her lucky $3 Quick Pick ticket using Online Play. She matched the numbers on four white balls and the red Powerball in the April 21 drawing to win $50,000. Because she bought a Power Play ticket, her prize tripled to $150,000 when the 3X multiplier hit.
“We have never won anything like this before,” she said.
Sikora-Stypolkowski arrived at lottery headquarters Friday to claim her winnings and, after required federal and state tax withholdings, took home $107,626.
She plans to use some of her winnings to take a family vacation.
Monday’s Powerball jackpot stands at a $54 million annuity or $24.8 million in cash. The odds of winning a Powerball jackpot are 1 in 292 million.
Powerball is one of six draw games in North Carolina where players have the option of buying their tickets at a retail location or with Online Play through the lottery’s website or the NC Lottery Official Mobile App.

The win was announced on the casino’s official X account, accompanied by a photo of the winning slot machine. The player chose to remain anonymous, but the casino congratulated the winner publicly, celebrating another significant payout for one of the most popular slot franchises in the country.
The jackpot adds to a string of high-profile wins from Wheel of Fortune machines across multiple casinos in recent months. On July 13, a player won $1.4 million on Wheel of Fortune Diamond Spins 2X Wilds in Las Vegas, followed by a $1,142,108 jackpot in July at Palms Casino Resort. 
The most recent win at Park MGM on Oct. 25 marked another in a long list of seven-figure payouts for the franchise. Earlier this year, an Army veteran hit a major jackpot at Gila River Resorts’ Santan Mountain Casino in Arizona, while another player took home $1.5 million from Wheel of Fortune Triple Double Diamond at Thunder Valley Casino Resort in California. 
Another major jackpot recently hit the Midwest. MGM Grand Detroit reported that one player won $1,075,996 on July 19 while playing the Dragon Link slot machine. The casino, which did not disclose the winner’s identity, stated that it was the largest jackpot awarded so far in 2025.
MGM Grand Detroit first introduced Dragon Link in July 2024, becoming the first commercial casino in Michigan to feature the popular slot game. Since then, the game has produced several high-value payouts for players, with this recent win marking the largest jackpot at the property since November 2024.
According to its latest figures, MGM Grand Detroit reported that players collected more than $28 million in winnings throughout July and over $215 million during the first seven months of 2025. 
Following these major casino wins, FanDuel Casino has launched an upgraded version of its FanDuel Casino Jackpots feature, giving players in Michigan, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania the option to double their chances of winning by increasing their contribution to $0.20 per wager.
Players can still play at the $0.10 level, which gives them the freedom to choose how much they want to spend and how they want to play.
The new jackpot structure is based on the success of the old one that was introduced in April 2025. It features four progressive random prizes: Mini, Minor, Major, and Mega.
