Waterford player is the ‘biggest winner’ after bagging over €400,000 in EuroMillions weekend win

A Lotto player from Waterford won a whopping €405,711 in the EuroMillions draw over the weekend. 
On Friday night, the player matched five numbers and one lucky star.
The winning ticket was bought in Mulhearns Foodstore at The Square in Kilmacthomas, Co. Waterford.
The winning numbers in the EuroMillions draw on Halloween were: 05, 14, 38, 43, 45 and lucky stars 07 and 11.
A Wicklow player also won big after matching five numbers to scoop €31,607 in the Friday night draw.
The Match 5 winner purchased their winning Quick Pick ticket on the day of the draw at Earl’s on Abbey Street in Wicklow Town.

The National Lottery has advised players in Waterford and Wicklow to check their tickets very carefully today.
The two biggest winners of the night are advised to sign the back of their tickets and keep them safe.
They should contact the Prize Claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to collect their prizes.
“Two of our EuroMillions players will undoubtedly always remember Halloween 2025 as being a big one! A Waterford player became the biggest winner of the night after matching five numbers and one lucky star to win an incredible €405,711,” National Lottery spokesperson, Sarah Orr, said. 
There was no winner of the staggering €75,635,350 jackpot on offer.
Tonight’s jackpot is now set to roll towards an estimated €85 million.
