Consecutive Draw tickets have remained valid for the respective draw numbers as stated on the tickets.
Payment of Winnings
Players participating in Maltco games, typically have up to 60 days from the announcement of the result to cash their winnings. Since the suspension of Maltco’s operation by the Authorities, on Wednesday 18th March 2020 amid COVID-19 pandemic, Maltco players had this period extended to 90 days following a directive issued by the Malta Gaming Authority. In view of this situation, the Maltese regulator has extended further this period by another 30 days for players to claim any Maltco unpaid winnings. This means that for those draws and events which have taken place prior to the 18th March, players now have a total of 120 days from the date of the draw or result announcement in order to cash their winnings. For winnings of upcoming draws and events starting from the 4th May 2020 onwards, the 60-day rule shall be put in force once again unless otherwise instructed by the Malta Gaming Authority.
Winnings up to €5,000 euro can be cashed from any Maltco Point of Sale whilst winnings of more than €5,000 may be cashed from Maltco’s Head office following an appointment through Maltco’s Helpline Centre which can be contacted on Tel: 2388 3333
