The Mega Millions jackpot rose to $980 million for the drawing on Friday, Nov. 14, after no one matched all the winning numbers in the drawing on Tuesday, Nov. 11.
If someone matches all six numbers, they will have the option of a one-time cash payment of $452.2 million.
This year, there have been four Mega Millions winners. The most recent winner, from Virginia, claimed a jackpot of $348 million on June 27. Before that, an Ohio player won a $112 million jackpot on April 18. ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — If you’re looking for a unique lineup of gifts this holiday season, St. Pete has got you covered.
The city is inviting locals and visitors to support over 200 local businesses during “Holiday Biz Bingo in the ‘Burg,” a citywide shop-local challenge running from Thanksgiving week through Dec. 31.
Visitors can pick up gifts, grab coffee, enjoy local food, explore wellness services and buy provisions for holiday gatherings.
Those interested in taking part in the challenge can download a Holiday Biz Bingo card or grab one from any participating business. Each card includes activities across categories like retail, dining, coffee shops and wellness services.
Each time an activity is completed, staff at participating businesses will add a sticker to the participant’s card. No purchase verification is required – keeping the experience fun, low-pressure and community-centered.
Participants who collect five stickers in a row (BINGO) can redeem their cards at City Hall, local recreation centers or libraries for a city-branded prize while supplies last.
