Mega Millions results for 12/02/25; 1 winner of $90 million jackpot – MLive.com

For the second time in less than a month, the Mega Millions jackpot has been won. On Tuesday, a player in New Jersey matched all five white numbers and the gold Mega ball to win a $90 million jackpot.
The winner has the choice of receiving the money as an annuity or to take the cash option, which is worth an estimated $41.9 million.
The win comes just five drawings after a player in Georgia won a $983 million jackpot on Nov. 14. It marks the sixth time in 2025 that someone won the Mega Millions jackpot.
Along with the jackpot winner, a player in Georgia won a $4 million prize. Overall, 29 players won prizes worth between $20,000 to $100,000, according to Mega Millions.
The next drawing is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 5. The jackpot will be worth $50 million with a cash option of $23.3 million.
For the latest on Michigan Lottery, check out the official Michigan Lottery site, which also offers more information on instant tickets, raffles and other lottery games.
The last players from Michigan to win a Mega Millions or Powerball jackpot is the Breakfast Club lottery club which claimed an $842 million jackpot in June 2024. The members plan to use the money to buy a home in Florida and travel.
And while they were lucky winners, it’s smart for players to check their tickets immediately as a Powerball winner worth $250,000 sold in Bloomfield Hills in 2024 went unclaimed. That money went to the state’s School Aid Fund.

Mega Millions jackpot was won last night? See where, current jackpot – Cincinnati Enquirer

That was a short run.
The Mega Millions jackpot has been won again weeks after the $983 million jackpot was won in Georgia on Nov. 14.
Tuesday’s jackpot is the sixth Mega Millions jackpot won so far in 2025.
This was the shortest jackpot run since August 2023, when a Florida ticket won a $39 million prize just two drawings after another Florida ticket won a game record $1.602 billion, according to a Mega Millions news release. That $39 million prize went unclaimed.
Here are the Tuesday, Dec. 2 Mega Millions winning numbers: 7, 25, 26, 53 and 60. The gold Mega Ball was 16. The Mega Millions lottery jackpot was an estimated estimated $90 million prize with $41.9 million option.
One ticket sold in New Jersey won the jackpot in Tuesday night’s Mega Millions drawing Dec. 2, and there were no Match 5 winners.
The Multiplier is randomly assigned, and increases non-jackpot prizes two, three, four , five or 10 times.
The next drawing is Friday, Dec. 5, at 11 p.m. ET.
Friday’s jackpot is estimated to be $50 million with a cash option of $23.3 million.
Drawings are every Tuesday and Friday at 11 p.m. ET.
The largest Mega Millions jackpot won on a single ticket is a $1.602 billion prize won in Florida on Aug. 8. Other large single-ticket Mega Millions prizes have been $1.537 billion won in South Carolina on Oct. 23, 2018; $1.348 billion won in Maine on Jan. 13, 2023; $1.337 billion won in Illinois on July 29, 2022, and $1.050 billion won in Michigan on Jan. 22, 2021.
Mega Millions tickets cost $2 per play. There are nine ways to win a prize, from the jackpot to $2. Players can pick six numbers from two separate pools of numbers: five different numbers from the white balls numbered 1-70 and one number from the gold balls numbered 1-25.5 + 1 = Jackpot.5 + 0 = $1 million.4 + 1 = $10,000.4 + 0 = $500.3 + 1 = $200.3 + 0 = $10.2 + 1= $10.1 + 1 = $4.0 + 1 = $2.
You win the jackpot by matching all six winning numbers in a drawing. You can pick your lucky numbers or select Easy Pick or Quick Pick and have the numbers auto-drawn. If you can’t decide, the Mega Millions website has a random number generator.
You can play Mega Millions in 47 localities: 45 states, plus the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands. To find locations, search the Mega Millions website.
In Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana, you can buy a Mega Millions ticket at gas stations, convenience stores and supermarkets until 10:45 p.m. on drawing night.
In Kentucky, residents can also purchase tickets online at kylottery.com.
In Ohio, residents can use the Lottery Card available in Kroger, Buehler’s Fresh Foods and Giant Eagle stores. It allows Ohio consumers to enter draw games on their phones and be notified and paid electronically if they win.
The odds of winning the Mega Millions jackpot are about 1 in 290 million.
The overall chance of winning any prize is 1 in 23.

Stellar Trading Volume Climbs as XLM Price Takes Unexpected Turn – Crypto Economy

Home > Stellar Lumens News > Stellar Trading Volume Climbs as XLM Price Takes Unexpected Turn
TL;DR
In the last 24 hours, the Stellar (XLM) asset experienced a significant increase in its trading volume, alongside a price rebound attempt following a complicated month for the market. Last month, XLM lost more than 13% amidst a bearish sentiment that enveloped the community. However, market events in the last few hours suggest a change in dynamics.

At the time of writing this note, CoinMarketCap data indicated that Stellar’s trading volume reached a 37% surge, pushing it up to $227.7 million. This jump in volume not only silenced those betting on a decline but also coincided with a reversal in XLM’s price. Stellar recorded an overall increase of 5.46% during this period and trades at $0.2537 at the time of writing, but the price sent mixed signals with an initial 2% drop from its intraday peak of $0.2625, likely due to volatility.
Stellar Trade Volume Increases
Stellar’s volume remains vulnerable despite its price rebound. The asset is holding below critical price levels and has failed to reclaim the $0.30 resistance mark. In fact, since November 13, XLM has been unable to reach $0.28.
The persistent bearish context negatively impacted the altcoin segment throughout the last month. Market participants hope that the current volume increase will last and lead to a sustained price ascent. However, recent history warns against premature optimism. Less than 10 days ago, similar optimism spread when XLM recorded an 8% gain but couldn’t maintain the upward momentum.
The inability to sustain previous rallies has left XLM in a defensive position. If the momentum doesn’t hold now, Stellar could slip and threaten the $0.20 support level. Only a sustained price rally will allow XLM to recover its previous market capitalization level. Proponents and the market are watching closely.

Winning location of Monday night’s life-changing EuroDreams prize confirmed – Irish Mirror

The winning location of Monday night’s life changing EuroDreams prize has been revealed – with players being urged to check their tickets.
The lucky EuroDreams player in Co. Westmeath kicked off their week in style, winning a dreamy €2,000 a month for the next five years in the December 1 draw.
The winning numbers in Monday night’s EuroDreams draw were 12, 15, 19, 23, 33, 38 and the Dream number was 3. The winner purchased their Quick Pick ticket on the day of the draw.
The National Lottery has confirmed that the store location where the winning EuroDreams Tier 2 prize was purchased will be announced on Thursday, December 4.
EuroDreams is the first annuity game of its kind ever to be seen in Ireland, offering tax-free monthly payments instead of a lump sum. The Tier Two prize won in Co Westmeath is worth €2,000 per month for five years (€120,000 total).
And the excitement doesn’t stop there, the Tier One top prize is currently boosted to an incredible €30,000 per month for 30 years – that’s €10.8 million in total, paid in monthly instalments (usually €20,000 per month for 30 years). This special event, which began on October 2, will continue until someone wins the top prize.
EuroDreams draws take place every Monday and Thursday across eight countries: Ireland, Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland.
Players dreaming of becoming Ireland’s next EuroDreams winner are reminded that tickets can be purchased in-store, through the National Lottery app or here ahead of the 7.30pm cut-off time for sales on Thursday.

I help lottery winners manage their money – here are the worst mistakes you can make and why one didn't tell his wife – The Sun

More from The Sun
Andy Carter also explains why winners never quit their jobs and why one man refused to tell his wife he’d won big jackpot
MOST of us will only ever dream about winning a lottery jackpot – but Andy Carter is part of the team that advises you when that wish becomes a reality.
He spills the gossip on the biggest mistake winners make and the secret that ANYONE can use to lead a richer life, even if you’re not a winner.
During his almost 20 years working for Allwyn he has advised thousands of winners – and they always act very differently.
In one case seen by the specialist adviser, a man was so shell-shocked by the win, he wouldn’t tell a soul about the prize – not even his wife.
While others are keen to tell everyone about their prizes.
Andy says: “With any shock, it’s good to have a chat.
“But it’s not for us to pry into that. We have to respect their decisions.
“Some people are throwing a party, while some are in deep shock.”
He explains that he sees lots of tears and lots of happiness but many people are just completely dumbfounded.
“It’s a rollercoaster of emotions – from denial to worry,” he added.
“It all depends on what personality you are – the amount you win has no bearing.”
Andy says the first thing he does is check on the winners and how they’re feeling, because “they are going through a big shock”.
He is usually dealing with one of two types.
He quickly susses out which category the ticket-holder falls into and will adjust his behaviour accordingly.
On the one hand, people play the win down, and in that instance he will be trying to bring them up.
On the other extreme, he sees winners who are very very excited and he will be trying to calm them down.
Andy says: “It’s a job where you don’t know who you are going to be seeing.”
How people act often depends on their background.
Andy says the key piece advice he gives winners is to “enjoy the win”.
Many people fail to do this because they are in shock and are worried about things such as people looking at them differently.
He adds: “People feel very nervous about everything.
“It’s not for me to tell them how to celebrate – but do something to make it a big thing.
“You want to look back as this is a story you want to tell your grandchildren.”
Andy says taking a holiday is a great way to let the win sink in without making any rash moves.
Andy speaks to winners again a few days after their win.
He says: “What people want to do on Day 1 changes as they become used to it.
“They’ve usually had time to settle down though some people are more built up.”
Almost everyone who plays the lottery dreams of never having to work again.
In reality, most people do the opposite.
Andy says: “The majority of people continue working because you still need a reason to get up in the morning.
“Your job is your identity.
“If you enjoy your job, you can continue you doing it, but with a buffer.
“Or winning the lottery gives you a chance to change jobs.
“You can give things a try. It gives you that freedom.”
FRANCES Connolly from Northern Ireland scooped almost £115million in January 2019 in what was, at the time, the fourth biggest UK lottery prize ever claimed.
She does not believe what people say about a lottery win making you miserable.
Frances says: “If you were a dkhead before you had money, you’re going to be a dkhead afterwards.
“Money is an inanimate object and has no power over you at all.
“It changes your life, not your personality.”
Since former teacher Frances and her businessman husband Paddy scooped their huge EuroMillions jackpot almost six years ago, they have given away more than £60million to family and friends.
As well as family and friends, thousands more people have benefited through the charities they have set up.
Frances explains: “Paddy suggested we make a list of people we want to help — daughters, family and friends.
“Then he said, ‘So, where’s the charities?’. I thought, you know, we’ve enough money. We could do something big. We could make a difference in a lot of people’s lives.”
The couple decided to start their PFC charity and, in five years, have helped tens of thousands of people.
Remarkably, despite having millions in the bank, Frances and Paddy never fly first class.
She says: “We got offered an upgrade to first class once and I refused it. Because if you’re in first class, they give you a cubicle. I don’t want a cubicle. I want to sit beside my husband.”
Even now, Frances is still in contact with lottery adviser Andy.
She says: “If anything happens, I still phone him and say what we’re going to do.
“I’m not being funny. Without the lottery, we’d be scuppered as a nation.
“I work with lots of groups in the voluntary sector. If the lottery wasn’t there, these organisations and the communities they support would be devastated.”
The best thing about winning the lottery is that it’s not just you who wins, it’s all your friends and family too.
Andy says: “People do an awful lot of good with their wins and try to be very generous… Helping friends and family out.
“It puts your faith back in humanity.”
Depending on the winner’s plans, Andy will connect them with well-being and concierge services to help their dream come true.
There are also legal experts and financial advisers who give advice on thing such as the tax implications of gifts, as well as their needs for financial planning.
Winners can tap into is a network of previous lucky ticket holders so that people can talk to others who have been in a similar situation.
Andy says he has seen people do a lot for charity and pay for services or resources in the community.
He add: “They’re my favourite when you see the positive effect they’ve been able to have with the money.
“Whether on a big scale or small scale.”
Sadly, most of us will never know what it’s like to win a jackpot.
However, we can still take on board the advice Andy gives to winners to live a richer life.
He says it doesn’t matter how much money you’ve got, you should have a good financial plan in place.
Andy adds: “Everyone’s values around money are different.

“Thinking what your goals are and how you want to achieve them – whether it’s saving up for holiday or buying a house –  it’s the same principles.
“Make a plan with your money and make sure you’ve given thought how to achieve your goals.”
